Казалось бы, что ожидать от недорогого места на окраине жилого района? Но здесь и начинается магия. В уютном месте с красными воротами, я нашла маленький оазис. Приятная компания туристов, удобные общежития и бесплатная стиральная машина — все это за копейки! А вид с балкона и сада? Просто фантастика. Владелец хоть и немного говорит по-английски, но такой приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Завтраки с видом на Кутаиси — отличный старт дня. Однозначно рекомендую всем, кто ищет лучшее соотношение цены и качества!

Прекрасное место для тех, кто ценит красивые виды и близость ко всему важному. Просыпаешься, выходишь на террасу и наслаждаешься панорамой, которая захватывает дух. В прохладные вечера особенно приятно посидеть под звёздами в таком живописном уголке. Приветливые хозяева и уютная атмосфера делают это место по-настоящему особенным. Рекомендую всем, кто хочет ощутить настоящий дух города.

Оказаться в этом месте – словно наткнуться на маленький оазис спокойствия посреди города. Зеленый дворик просто потрясающий, вид на Кутаиси шикарный. Чистота и порядок везде, сам хозяин полезный и радушный. Стоит приехать сюда хотя бы для того, чтобы насладиться этим чудесным уголком.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce z wyjątkowym klimatem. Gospodarz jest niezwykle pomocny. Z zielonego i urokliwego patio roztacza się piękny widok na Kutaisi. Wszystko jest czyste i schludne.

It's a bit out of the way, particularly if you're arriving from the bus station. You'll feel like you're wandering into a residential area. Look for the house with a red gate/fence after turning right at the old kiosk. Inside, it’s a typical hostel with a spacious, clean, and nicely decorated dormitory, perfect for meeting fellow travelers. There's a small kitchen area with a fridge-freezer, cutlery, and a kettle, but no stove. You can also use the washing machine for free. The balcony and garden offer a charming view of Kutaisi, providing a great spot to enjoy breakfast. The owner is friendly, speaks some English, and can drive you to a city destination for a small fee (5 GEL to the main marshutka station).
