Very clean and well-maintained place with a separate toilet and shower. The owner is incredibly friendly and communicates in Russian and Georgian. You can enjoy a glass of wine while sitting in the garden area outside. The spacious rooms face away from the street, so there is no traffic noise. For just 18 Lari, a large 5-liter bottle of mineral water is included. A short walk to the left leads to a charming, old-style restaurant that offers delicious Georgian food and beer. However, the menu isn't heavily focused on vegetarian or vegan options.
