Приятное место, где чувствуешь себя как дома. Семья, которая принимает гостей, просто замечательная. Несмотря на то, что иногда было трудно объясниться из-за языкового барьера, их искренняя доброта и гостеприимство покрывали все недочеты. Номера чистые и просторные. Расположение просто идеальное – всё в шаговой доступности, можно легко дойти до оперного театра и автовокзала. Район безопасный и оживленный, что добавляет ощущение комфорта и уверенности. Однозначно рекомендую для тех, кто ценит уют и душевное общение.

Гостеприимство на высоте! Редко когда находишь место, где чувствуешь себя словно дома — хозяйка этого места точно знает, как угостить тёплым чаем и создать по-домашнему уютную атмосферу. Номер просторный, всё необходимое есть. Парковка во внутреннем дворе — большой плюс. Отдыхать здесь было легко и приятно, оставил только хорошие впечатления.

Жарко, душно и крайне неудобно. Вентилятор не спасает ситуацию, а в ванной чувствуешь себя как в прачечной. Спать почти не удалось. Приятного мало.

The location was great and the price was reasonable. I stayed in a double room, but it wasn't very comfortable. The window faced the foyer, so people could see inside. It was extremely hot, and the fan didn't help much, so I barely got any sleep. The bathroom near the room felt more like a laundry area, which was odd to use. It didn't seem designed with guests in mind. Overall, I felt more like an intruder than a paying guest. The woman next door was quite unfriendly as well. After just one night, I was exhausted and couldn't get any decent rest. It was also awkward using the bathroom. Maybe the family room with a balcony is better. They only accept cash payments.

A super central accommodation that puts you near everything. The location is fantastic, right next to the Kutaisi Opera House and just above a lovely coffee shop and ice cream restaurant. It's less than a three-minute walk to the central bus station. The host family made us feel incredibly welcome, even with some language barriers. Highly recommended!

Отличное расположение, приветливая хозяйка и просторная комната. Есть возможность парковки во дворе. Инфраструктура не самая новая, но указанные плюсы полностью это компенсируют.
