Дом очень уютный, всё сделано с любовью. Если снова будем в Кутаиси, обязательно вернёмся сюда. До сих пор помню вкуснейший пирог на завтрак. Напротив находится отличный спорт-бар с хорошей кухней.

This charming spot in Kutaisi offers a journey into the past with its rich history and welcoming hosts. I stayed there with my young son and was truly impressed by the warmth and friendliness of Keti, Irakle, and Marika. Every morning we enjoyed delicious vegetarian breakfasts and engaging conversations about local history. Its convenient location makes it easy to explore the city’s attractions. A favorite memory is playing chess on the rooftop terrace while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of Kutaisi. While modern hotels offer luxury, this place is perfect for families seeking an authentic Georgian experience that feels like a second home. Don’t miss Keti’s salads and the opportunity to take a drive with the delightful Zaza. Our week flew by, and we’re eager to return to this wonderful family.

Такая тёплая, домашняя атмосфера, как в одном известном заведении в Кутаиси, редкость! Только из-за гостеприимства можно приехать сюда снова. А если добавить отличное расположение (белый мост под боком) и уютные номера, то это место становится настоящей находкой.

Завтрак здесь – разочарование. Ожидала начать каждый день с вкусной и сытной еды, но получила не лучшее начало утра. Учитывая стоимость проживания, об этом точно стоит подумать.

Идеальное место, где простота встречается с комфортом. Чистые номера для хорошего сна и завтраки, дающие заряд на весь день. А ещё, если чего-то не хватает, всегда можно обратиться к хозяйке, и это будет быстро решено. Лучшее качество за эту цену, особенно в таком оживленном районе с магазинами и ресторанами под боком. Стоит каждой потраченной копейки!

Этот гостевой дом очень уютный и приветливый. Владелица Кети заслуживает самых тёплых слов. Номера скромные, но поддерживаются в безупречной чистоте. В них есть всё необходимое, а если чего-то не хватает, это легко можно запросить. Завтраки просты, но их порции достаточно сытные. Местоположение удачное, поблизости находится белый мост и другие интересные места. Недалеко есть круглосуточный магазин и множество вкусных ресторанов. Остановиться здесь — отличное решение ☺️.

A wonderful location in the heart of old Kutaisi, featuring an exceptional team.

The room size met expectations, but the shared bathroom was a downside. The location is convenient, but the breakfast was disappointing. The daily rate seemed high for what was offered.

Our experience at this guesthouse was fantastic. The family running the place was extremely welcoming and always ready to assist. The roof terrace offered wonderful views, and the rooms were comfortable. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk from the city center and the white bridge. We would love to return in the future.

Urocza właścicielka, z pełnym zaangażowaniem prowadzi ten interesujący architektonicznie budynek. Pokoje są komfortowe, a salon przypomina salę koncertową. Lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta jest dużym atutem. Parking tuż przy budynku. Choć budynek mógłby wymagać odświeżenia, a w naszym pokoju na parterze czuć było trochę wilgoci, trzeba docenić, że właścicielka stworzyła to miejsce z myślą o rodzinnym domu, a teraz tak pięknie go wykorzystuje.
