Enjoyed my stay immensely. Spotlessly clean and the location couldn't be better. Sofia was fantastic—she always organized breakfast at a time that suited us and was quick to accommodate other requests. Highly recommend staying here!

Chambre de style unique avec un maximum de cinq unités, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Literie confortable. Mobilier et décoration d'époque, avec un charmant petit balcon donnant sur la rue. Idéalement situé pour explorer la ville. Petit déjeuner géorgien complet. Un grand merci à Sofia et à son collègue pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse. Je recommande cette adresse à tous les visiteurs de Koutaïssi.

Fantastyczne miejsce dla tych, którzy szukają autentyczności i prawdziwego klimatu. Okolica, w której ludzie wciąż chodzą na lokalny bazar, a ściany opowiadają historie dawnych czasów. Atmosfera pełna uroku i wyjątkowego nastroju. Przestronne i wygodne, z pięknymi wnętrzami. Szczerze polecam!

This hotel was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, there was no parking available despite what was advertised, so we had to park on the street. The key to our room didn’t work properly, leading them to move us to another room where the heating was broken. Additionally, they tried to insist that breakfast had to be at 10 AM, and it took some arguing to arrange for an earlier time. The manager was never present, and the staff member had to call her for every issue. While he was polite, she acted very unprofessionally. They demanded to keep my passport, and when I refused, they suggested canceling the reservation, which would have cost me the full amount.

Самое сердце Кутаиси и ещё большая привилегия — невероятная открытость и доброжелательность хозяев. Атмосфера просто завораживает, а Софико — это настоящая жемчужина, с которой не захочется прощаться. Для тех, кто ценит не только комфорт, но и человеческий подход, это место станет настоящим открытием.

Большая редкость встретить настолько радушных хозяев. Чистые и уютные номера, как на картинке. Среди всех мест, которые рассматривал, остановился именно здесь из-за удачного расположения — до всего можно добраться быстро. Не пожалел ни разу. Атмосфера как дома, а это дорогого стоит.

Charming, classic hotel, small but pleasant, situated in a peaceful area of Kutaisi. Hostess Sofia was amazing. She did her absolute best to ensure we had a great stay. Delicious breakfast sometimes featuring homemade products like honey and cheese. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and washing machine. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

Гестхаус в центре старого города оказался настоящим укрытием от шума и суеты улиц. Чистый воздух, тишина ночью и великолепный завтрак на утро - идеальное начало дня перед осмотром достопримечательностей.

Гостевой дом, в котором ощущаешь себя как дома. Атмосфера тепла и гостеприимства на высшем уровне.

A fantastic place to stay in Kutaisi. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the city. Sophico, the host, is wonderful.

The owners are wonderful! Very friendly and supportive, truly warm-hearted. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the bus stop for easy access to the airport. The rooms are pleasant, tidy, and spacious, equipped with everything you might need. A fantastic stay 👍 madloba!

The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. We had the pleasure of having the owner as our driver for a day. He shared insightful stories and answered all our questions while taking us to the Martvili Canyon, Prometheus Cave, and Martvili Monastery. We were treated to endless wine. The building itself is a lovely and charming old house.

Incredible experience! The hospitality was wonderful, and the rooms were spotless and spacious. The balcony was a highlight. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with coffee and wine. The breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Truly one of the best places I've visited.

Great spot in the heart of Kutaisi. We were the first to stay here after the renovations, and the place looks fantastic with its ornate ceiling moldings and wall art. The staff was extremely hospitable and even offered us some wine. Parking is convenient; you can leave your car right on the street by the entrance. Would definitely return.

Останавливались здесь на неделю. Очень доброжелательные хозяева, атмосфера уютная и чистая, чувствуешь себя как дома. Вокруг удобно: есть рынок и кафе. Улица безопасная и тихая, можно спокойно гулять в любое время суток. Нам всё понравилось!

Отель расположен в центре, что делает его отличным выбором для путешественников.

The reservation was not honored. We were offered a room for the first night that was supposedly for two people, but it was actually for one person without a bathroom. To access the bathroom, we needed to cross a corridor and a room, all for the same price as a room for two people with a bathroom. We were promised a room for two with a bathroom, but the price was inflated compared to Booking. We left and found another guesthouse. Disappointed. Misleading offer on Booking compared to what we reserved.

Добродушный хозяин, разрешил заселиться в 4 утра после позднего рейса. Удачное расположение в центре, но на тихой улице. Матрас и подушка были немного жестковаты.
