Guest house "Old Kutaisi"

The location was perfect, offering both a central position and peace. Despite my late arrival caused by a flight delay, the host was kind enough to greet me warmly and provide detailed explanations. Breakfast was delightful with fresh, homemade dishes that set a wonderful tone for the day. It's important to note that payments are made in cash, so have some ready. The hosts' friendliness and hospitality were truly exceptional.

Saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft. Leider hat der Besitzer mehr Geld verlangt, als ursprünglich bei der Buchung angegeben war. Zuerst mussten wir diskutieren und dann telefonisch mit einem seiner englischsprachigen Bekannten verhandeln, um den richtigen Preis zu zahlen. Enttäuschend.

Мрак и тягость бытия. Все, что могу сказать о месте, откуда я убежала к друзьям, и ни капли не жалею! Пыльные комнаты и какие-то угрюмые тени на стенах. Это место не для отдыха, а для тех, кто хочет получить багаж недовольства. Кровать скрипела, как старый каштан во время шторма. Мой совет — держитесь подальше!

Гармония уюта и грузинского гостеприимства. Чистые номера, где чувствуется забота хозяина о каждом госте. Особое очарование - терраса с великолепным видом, где хочется проводить часы, наслаждаясь моментом. Вернусь обязательно и надолго.

Нам очень понравилось здесь останавливаться, хотя это было всего лишь на одну ночь. В номерах чисто, а на террасе открывается замечательный вид. Место выглядит аутентично, а хозяин проявляет дружелюбие. В следующий раз хотелось бы остаться дольше.

Всего несколько минут пешком до центра, но обстановка в остальном довольна обычная.

Friendly and helpful hosts, delicious homemade breakfasts, located conveniently in the center. You can arrange airport transfers and car rentals for an extra charge. Rooms look just like the photos. Downsides: the hosts don't speak English, but since Slovak is somewhat similar to Russian, we managed to communicate. Another issue was the window in the upper room that couldn't close properly, making it very cold in January despite heating it to 32 degrees. However, the owners were accommodating and promptly moved us to a warmer and more spacious room without any fuss.

The personnel displayed discourteous behavior.

This guest house is a delightful and cozy place with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly, and the rooms and building are beautifully maintained. The view from the balcony overlooking the city is stunning. It's located perfectly, providing easy access to all the main tourist spots. I highly recommend choosing this hotel, and if I return to Kutaisi, I will definitely stay here again.

The host, Maya, is incredibly hospitable. The place features two spacious terraces and a garden. It's located in the heart of the old city yet remains very peaceful. The cleanliness is impressive, and my room was exceptionally large. They even took care of ironing my clothes. An excellent choice!

The property is spacious. The host struggles with English but makes an effort. The room has a very old style, which might appeal to some. The level of Georgian hospitality felt a bit lacking compared to other places.

Посещала это место весной 2019 года, когда была в Имеретии, и осталась довольна отличным соотношением цены и качества проживания. В стоимость входит завтрак, который можно получить в любое удобное для гостей время. Меню разнообразное и меняется в зависимости от сезона. Пять минут ходьбы, и вы уже в центре города. На территории предоставляется бесплатный скоростной интернет. Балкон открывает красивый вид на горы и местные достопримечательности. Есть фруктовый сад с персиками, сливами, мандаринами и хурмой. Персонал очень дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь с организацией поездок по интересным местам Имеретии. Всего здесь девять номеров, которые могут вместить более двадцати туристов. Многим гостям здесь так нравится, что они возвращаются снова и снова. Рекомендуем, если едете в Кутаиси.

Старый дом с не самыми лучшими розетками. Зато расположение отличное — все виды транспорта рядом. Тихая улочка. Из окна столовой открывается замечательный вид на собор Баграти. Владельцы очень дружественные. Завтрак выше всяких похвал. Рекомендую.

Ich verbrachte drei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und wäre gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Haus versprüht einen wunderbaren alten Charme, und die Gastgeberin kümmert sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Lage ist ideal. Es ist ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen Blick über die Stadt, aber dennoch zentral, etwa 400 Meter vom Kolchis-Brunnen entfernt. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber.
