Guest house in the city center

The room was spacious, cozy, and warm. The bathroom was shared with the family and located downstairs. There was access to a washing machine. The stay was comfortable, and the location was pleasant.

During my stay in Kutaisi, this guest house proved to be an outstanding choice. I met many pleasant people, including the owners, who were friendly and supportive. They ensured I was comfortable and even assisted me in finding a local bus. The property was tidy, the beds were comfortable, and accessing it was convenient. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

The location is excellent, being close to the city center, which in Kutaisi is easy to explore on foot. The room on the upper floor is quite spacious for one person. The owner is very friendly and waited for me until 1am when I arrived. It's a nice spot to stay in a local neighborhood. The only advice would be to keep the bathroom cleaner. Anyway, it was an enjoyable stay.

Персонал приятный, всегда улыбаются и готовы помочь, но ночью на ресепшене никого нет. Обстановка уютная, но ожидала большего за такие деньги. Надеюсь, что они обратят внимание на такие мелочи, которые делают пребывание комфортным.

Приехал в Кутаиси по делам. Место нашел случайно, но остался доволен. Уютно, прохладно, можно спокойно отдохнуть после длинного дня. Немного сыро в спальне, но терпимо. В общем, хорошее место, стоит остановиться.

Wonderful hosts. Featuring a great terrace. Located centrally on a quiet side street. Very peaceful. Includes a washing machine. Homemade chacha and wine. Large fridge. Spacious rooms. Exceptionally welcoming atmosphere! The price is incredible. The father and daughter speak excellent English. Very near the street market and market hall.

I've visited this guest house three times in the past two years, and I can confidently say it's the best one I've ever stayed at. The family who runs it is incredibly kind and helpful, and the house itself is comfortable, never making you feel like a typical tourist. You genuinely feel like part of the family. The house features an old Georgian style, and I hope it remains unchanged. There's a large plush tiger in one of the rooms, which is the highlight of the house! I'm definitely planning to return.

What a lovely stay! The guesthouse is distinctive and well-situated. The family is extremely hospitable; they are musicians and took the initiative to give us a tour of the theater, even though it was closed (they had the key!). We felt very welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room is spacious and has a charming vintage feel. Highly recommend!
