Замечательное место! Дружелюбные хозяева, много пространства, удачное расположение и чистота дома. Атмосфера очень располагающая. Обязательно вернемся снова.

Wonderful place to stay in Kutaisi, located on a slight hill with some stairs inside, so it's something to consider if you have heavy luggage. The rooms are comfortable, and there's a lovely common area in front of the rooms with a charming grape garden. The shared lounge and dining space are spacious, making it ideal for groups of 8-10 people. They offer two bedrooms with double beds and two more rooms with three single beds each.

Организация, в которую я попала, действительно ухожена и уютна. Владелец - приятный и радушный человек, что сразу создаёт семейную атмосферу. Однако, столкнулась с проблемой уровня чистоты в общем санузле — хотелось бы видеть его в более опрятном состоянии. Местоположение радует: все ключевые достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. В общем, настроение осталось хорошим, но есть над чем работать.

Фантастическое место и замечательный хозяин! Владельцы прекрасно говорят на русском и английском языках. Отличное расположение.

Polecam to miejsce. W pokoju czekają ręczniki. Każdy z czterech pokoi ma własną łazienkę, a do dyspozycji jest także duży salon. Niedaleko od centrum.

The owners don't speak English, but this wasn't a big issue. We communicated using basic Russian and a translator app. They were very friendly and hospitable. The older gentleman was quite talkative, although we didn't know the language well. The room was small but very clean. As far as we understood, they have a garage available, but we parked our car on a large nearby sidewalk. Highly recommend!

Located just a short walk from the center of Kutaisi and a park with the main cable road station, this guesthouse offers a welcoming experience. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast is generous, and the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our stay was absolutely delightful and relaxing.

The rooms are decent, and the common area has a pleasant atmosphere. It's conveniently close to the center, which is a major advantage. However, it can be a bit tricky to locate. Their dog is incredibly adorable. The owner didn’t engage with us much, only speaking to request a positive review on booking at the very end of our stay. On the positive side, the elderly gentleman was very welcoming and greeted us every morning with a warm smile.

Удобное местоположение в спокойном зелёном районе, прямо в центре города. Хозяева очень доброжелательные и внимательны к гостям. В следующий раз выберем это место снова.

This was my favorite accommodation during my time in Georgia. Anna and her family have created a wonderful environment that feels like home. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse.

Dogodnie położone miejsce z bardzo uprzejmymi i pomocnymi gospodarzami. Pokoje i łazienki są nieskazitelnie czyste. Śniadania są smaczne. Wi-fi ma dobry zasięg. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Dziękujemy!
