Cafe "Raphael"

The place is overrated. The coffee was mostly water and hard to drink. We sampled two types of pastries, both of which were very dry. The only positive was the atmosphere.

The staff's attitude is dismissive, and you have to pick up your order yourself.

We visited this nice place to have a cup of coffee with a piece of cake. We tasted americano, cappuccino and two pieces of different cakes.
Coffee was good enough and cakes were amazing delicious!
The cafe has 2 floors. We set on the higher one. The interior was a little bit decorated for New Year.
The service wasn't really good. But we were glad that some persons of the staff spoke English.
Very kind visitors of the cafe helped us to get consultation about cakes in Georgian from non-russian speaking staff.
So everything went OK.

Had a delightful time enjoying a cup of coffee and cake here. We tried the americano, cappuccino, and sampled two different cakes. The coffee was satisfying, and the cakes were absolutely delicious. The cafe spans two levels, and we chose to sit on the upper one, which had some New Year decorations. Although the service could have been better, we appreciated that some staff members spoke English. The kind patrons around us helped us understand the cake selection, as the staff didn't speak Russian. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I bought lobiani and it was raw dough. When I returned it and complained, they argued with me instead of apologizing. They refunded me, but as I left, I heard them speaking badly about me. Even one star is too generous for this place.

Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего, возникает чувство, что что-то задолжал. Салаты брать не стоит, потому что качество оставляет желать лучшего — слишком кислые и много майонеза.

Service isn't very good because you have to order at the counter instead of being served at your table.

You can relax here for as long as you like. The staff knows a bit of English and Russian, enough to help with your order. There are sockets available, and the WiFi is fast. Everything is very fresh.

Хорошая выпечка, широкое разнообразие пирожных и тортов. Кофе можно выбрать между капучино и американо. Атмосфера приятная и уютная, а еда действительно вкусная.
