Ein charmantes und hübsches Hotel mit einem besonderen Flair. Die Zimmer bieten einen unschlagbar schönen Balkon direkt am Fluss 💛. Leider war das Bett kaputt und daher unbequem, und es lagen viele Haare auf Bett und Boden... Schade... 🤷🏼‍♀️

The staff and the location received praise, but that's about it. The rooms are uncomfortable and small, with mold in the cramped bathrooms. We had to switch one of our two rooms because of the terrible bathroom smell. The other room barely had space for two small suitcases. It's hard to understand how anyone could rate it 5 stars. The towels are old and thin, and the bathroom had a dirty plastic cup. To reach the breakfast area, you have to go outside, which is unpleasant in the rain. There's no parking, only street parking on a downslope, making it difficult to manage suitcases with no elevator. The staff is wonderful, but unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the lack of comfort.

A beautiful spot by the river offers a soothing view from the balcony, and the breakfast is simply delightful. Many thanks to the owner, Kakha, for creating such a wonderful atmosphere!

Прекрасный выбор для тех, кто ищет хорошее сочетание цены и качества в спокойной обстановке у реки Риони. До центральной площади и Белого моста можно дойти за пять минут. Вокруг множество кафе. Хозяин Каха создает особую атмосферу гостеприимства и заботы. В стоимость проживания включены вкусные завтраки. Вид с террасы на реку впечатляет. Очень дружелюбное место с настоящим грузинским духом. Спасибо, Каха!

My stay with friends was enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming staff, especially Kakha, who made the check-in process seamless. The hotel's central location provided stunning views of the Rioni River, which was a major plus. The room offered comfort, though the bathroom could use some updates. Nonetheless, the pricing was reasonable for the value received. Overall, it's a great option for those who appreciate good service and convenience.

Hotel w pobliżu centrum. Obsługa jest bardzo uprzejma i pełna empatii. Bez problemu zamówili nam taksówkę na nocną podróż na lotnisko. Należy zwrócić uwagę na pokój z oknem wychodzącym na transformator, który działa całą noc i może utrudniać sen.

Polecam to miejsce. Pokoje są utrzymane w czystości, a łóżka są wygodne. W tych dwóch pokojach, w których się zatrzymaliśmy, brakowało jednak łóżek małżeńskich. Śniadanie jest w porządku, chociaż na kawę lepiej wybrać się do pobliskich kawiarni. Z okien pokoi po prawej stronie korytarza widok jest skierowany na transformatory. W pokojach było ciepło, zwłaszcza tych na parterze. Dużym plusem jest całodobowa obsługa, zwłaszcza że przyjechaliśmy przed świtem.

The rooms are compact but fully equipped. The location is convenient, and the hosts are exceptionally welcoming, especially Mr. Khaka. A very decent spot.

The hotel is wonderfully beautiful and has a calm, old-style charm, yet it is very clean and cozy. It's peaceful, with lovely rooms overlooking the river. If you're a couple looking for a king-size bed, they don't have one, but you can push two beds together. There's an amazing staff member named Kakha whom I want to thank for his excellent and courteous service. The breakfast is absolutely delightful.

Восхитительный хозяин Каха. Когда искренняя доброта встречается с вашими желаниями, что может быть лучше. Остановились на 5 часов, чтобы отдохнуть перед перелётом. Идеально! Под балконом река, терраса для приятных трапез. Во дворе чисто, в номере уютно. Зимой кондиционер отлично согревает, горячей воды достаточно, постель удобная и тёплая.

La posizione è ideale, essendo vicino al centro e nascosto in un vicolo tranquillo che offre un po’ di pace lontano dal trambusto. Le camere sono accoglienti, ma potrebbero essere migliorate in termini di riscaldamento durante l'inverno.

Отель очень приятный и уютный. Цены вполне приемлемые. Особенное впечатление оставляет персонал. Например, Каха очень интересный человек, который познакомит вас с грузинской культурой и ответит на любые вопросы. Это действительно душа и сердце отеля. Расположение почти в центре позволяет легко гулять по городу и возвращаться в любой момент. Рекомендую.

The location is excellent. We had a room with a balcony that offered a pleasant view. The owner, Ashkan, is an incredible person, very friendly and a joy to converse with. I would choose to stay here again if I return to Kutaisi. They also have a reliable selection of rental cars.

The location is quite appealing, not far from the city center and set in a peaceful area with a few buildings nearby and a view of the river. Our room offered a pleasant, though not flawless, view. However, both the balcony and the restaurant's outdoor seating provided stunning vistas of the river and distant mountains. For approximately 5€, you can enjoy a breakfast that is simple yet delicious. The only downside is the thin walls, making it relatively easy to hear noises, but overall, it remains calm and didn’t disrupt our sleep. Ideal for a short stay in Kutaisi.
