The interior is incredibly peaceful. We visited during the daytime, and most tables were empty. We tried the tiramisu and souffle, both were amazing. I would come back just for the souffle, it was that good. However, the service was quite slow. We waited about 30-35 minutes after ordering, but it was truly worth it.

We discovered this place by accident. Prices are a bit higher than average in the city, and portions could be small, but the venue offers a stunning view and atmosphere. The magnificent sculptures of the opera house next door reflect the spirit of European cities. To the left, you can see the significant Bagrati Cathedral of Kutaisi, and to the right, the mountains with high peaks stretch across the horizon. It's worth visiting just for that. We regretted having eaten elsewhere before; instead, we enjoyed dessert and coffee here. Plus, an amazing singer with a clear command of English performed wonderful songs. If you find yourself nearby, it's highly recommended to spend an afternoon here.

Ordering pork and waiting for it took a whole hour without any prior notice about the delay. The first dish came quickly, but the carbonara lacked some ingredients, making it inedible after a few bites. There was no salt or pepper on the table, and we were not offered any. After 50 minutes of waiting without any check-ins from the staff, we called a waiter over. When he arrived, we asked how much longer the pork would take. He said he would check and left, ignoring the almost untouched carbonara plate. Upon returning, he promised the food would be ready in five minutes. We asked him to remove the carbonara, and he inquired if we liked it. We replied no, as it wasn't true carbonara due to missing ingredients clearly shown on the menu picture. He then asked, but apart from that, was everything good? After 10 more minutes, the pork arrived drenched in sauce. The first bites were decent, but soon the sauce soaked into the meat, ruining it. We left most of it and went to pay. There was no apology about the meal or any attempt to remedy the situation. We just paid and left feeling disappointed. But the view is nice.

This place used to be great, but recent changes have really affected the experience. They've expanded the terrace, making it bigger, but unfortunately, the service has declined. They don't serve meals together, so if you're in a group, expect to eat at different times. Prices have increased, making it quite costly. I ordered the carbonara, and while the homemade pasta was nice, it was missing the fatty cured pork, which was shown in the menu pictures. No one mentioned this missing ingredient. My dish of Pork Tenderloin with Cherry Sauce and Puree took an hour to arrive, and there was no warning about the wait time. However, the view is stunning.

Great coffee, but the crème brûlée was average. The ice-cream was probably the worst I've ever had. The service was incredibly slow, even though we were the only customers. It seemed like the waiter was more interested in doing his own thing and didn't even smile. Prices were pretty steep. Better to just grab a coffee and enjoy the view.

Вежливое и медлительное обслуживание вдобавок к скромным порциям делает визит совершенно несъедобным. Если у вас есть время и терпение, возможно, заведение вам и понравится, но мне этого явно не хватило.

Принести бутылку воды за 40 минут – это уже анекдот. Атмосфера и вид радуют душу, еда тоже того стоит, но, увы, ожидание убивает все впечатление. Милые, но слишком неспешные официанты умудрились растянуть нашу трапезу на несколько часов. Если у вас вагон свободного времени и немеренное терпение – возможно, это место для вас. Но, честно говоря, за такой сервис никак больше двух звезд.

Терасса с видом, но обслуживание — просто кошмар. Официантка, похоже, забыла о нашем существовании, пока мы отчаянно ждали заказанный лимонад. Когда же он наконец-то появился, было ощущение, что это просто вода с сахаром и кусочком лимона. В общем, не рекомендую.

Зашёл на вечерний коктейль, а остался пленён интерьером. Место, где каждый уголок будто приглашает задержаться подольше, а внимательный персонал предугадывает желания. Настоящее удовольствие для глаз и души.

Отличная крыша с прекрасным видом, но к большому сожалению, сервис подвел. Заказали вино, цена оказалась значительно выше озвученной. Разговоры с официантами результата не дали — просто развели руками. Печально, потому что такой вид заслуживает лучшего обслуживания.

Редкое сочетание отличной кухни и поразительной гостеприимности! Незабываемый вечер начался с небольшого инцидента, когда наш заказ случайно упал, но нам сразу принесли новые блюда, щедро добавив десерт и напитки. А когда настало время платить, оказалось, что наш счет уже закрыт. Такой подход к клиентам восхищает. Симбиоз высококлассного сервиса и великолепных вкусовых ощущений делает это место лучшим в своем классе.

Ужасное обслуживание, ждали салат два часа, а напитки целый час. К тому же цены слишком высокие.

И снова поражен уровнем сервиса: заказал одно, принесли другое без предупреждения. Ну как так? Официанты, похоже, считают, что клиентам необязательно знать об изменениях, а когда до сих пор нет готового блюда — остаешься в растерянности. Локация красивая, но это единственный плюс.

The experience was exceptional with stunning views and mouth-watering cuisine. The service was excellent, and their steak is arguably one of the finest in Europe.

Солидные ломтики стейка? Не в этом месте. Чувство, будто заплатил за ощущение нелепости. С видом, конечно, проблем нет — он шикарен, но приходится хорошенько поискать вход, и побывать в подземелье, прежде чем насладиться рестораном на крыше. Сам стейк... ну, это что-то. Подали нарезанным и без гарниров, как будто кто-то решил сделать из него котлетки, но передумал. За такую цену хотелось бы получить нечто большее, чем разочарование.

They swapped my dish because they ran out of ingredients, but didn't tell me beforehand. Even then, the dish wasn't ready to be served. The service by the waiters was terrible.

I really enjoyed the food at this place, but the service was disappointing. The staff were friendly, yet incredibly slow. We waited 40 minutes just for a bottle of water and another 20 minutes for the glasses. The dishes were delightful, though they took up to an hour to arrive. However, the view of the opera was stunning. I would give the atmosphere 4 stars, the food 5 stars, and the service just 1 star.

Лучшее место в Кутаиси! Отличные блюда и персонал! Сегодня был там с другом, и наш официант случайно уронил наш заказ (ничего страшного, бывает), они подарили нам другой десерт и напитки! И в итоге даже не позволили нам заплатить! Большое спасибо еще раз!

Великолепный вид на городские крыши и оперный театр. Терраса просто чудесна. Очень дружелюбная официантка встретила меня, открыла дверь на террасу и посоветовала вкусный чизкейк. Благодаря этому месту у меня остались замечательные впечатления от Кутаиси. Большое спасибо за ваше гостеприимство!

Great view, but that's all. The entrance is not obvious; you have to go downstairs first to reach the rooftop. The service is awful and the staff is unfriendly. They charge around 100 lari for a steak without any sides, and it's already cut into pieces when served! It's just terrible, like cat food. They have no idea how to cook a proper steak. It doesn't even resemble one. In Tbilisi, you can get a perfect steak with sides and a glass of wine for this price at top restaurants. Here it’s just a bad joke. Avoid this place.

A place with a great view, but the service is awful. I visited twice; the first time with my boyfriend, we waited over half an hour for the check despite the place being almost empty. The second time, we came with a larger group and weren't allowed to sit together, even though there were no other guests. Additionally, the waiter insulted us in Georgian, not knowing one of us understood the language. I'm giving it two stars only because of the location and the nice view.
