If you're considering this venue, I'd advise against it. The location is misleading regarding the distance to the city center. It's more of a hole than a room, located on some ground floor without ventilation. Mold and dirt everywhere, everything is sticky — glasses, cutlery — it's scary to touch anything. Clean towels and bed sheets are standard, but unfortunately, they seem to be washed in the evenings, and the washing machine from the floor above is quite noisy. The steps and movements above are also disturbing, making it hard to sleep. In the evenings, there are dragging and shifting sounds. Only one tea bag provided. Ants everywhere. It's just a disaster.

A beautiful place located about a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. If you have a car, there's free parking on the street near the hotel. The rooms are clean, and there is a friendly girl who speaks English. The shared kitchen is tidy and convenient for guests.

The rooms are located on a damp ground floor and have a strong smell of humidity and mold. In some places, mold is even found under the wallpaper. We informed the host that we would arrive at 8 PM, reached there by 8:30, yet still waited about 30 minutes for the rooms to be prepared. It felt odd when the host wanted to photograph our passports for deposit reasons, which we declined. The breakfast was very basic, with nothing fresh - just packaged bread. When we asked if we could have some cucumber slices for the kids, the host said the cucumber season in Georgia was over. On the positive side, the family's children were helpful and spoke good English.

Замечательное место для отдыха. Владельцы — очень добрые и отзывчивые люди. Они оказали большую помощь с утюжкой свадебного платья. Есть всё необходимое: уютная кухня для приема пищи и ванная комната в каждом номере. Всё устроило.

I visited this place during a motorcycle tour in Georgia based on a recommendation. It offers exceptional cleanliness and comfort comparable to a five-star hotel. The family-run atmosphere adds a very warm and welcoming touch.

Convenient location within walking distance to the city center. Exceptionally clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Я и мой брат остановились тут на две ночи. Здесь есть несколько отдельных комнат с собственными ванными и общей кухней. Хозяева живут на втором этаже, они очень доброжелательны, говорят по-английски и по-русски. Однозначно рекомендую это место, это было лучшее жилье за все 7 дней нашего путешествия, жаль, что мы нашли его только в конце поездки. Комнаты чистые, удобное расположение, 10-15 минут до центра города. На завтрак подают вкусные грузинские блюда, включая грузинский хлеб, сыр, мясо и, конечно, потрясающе приготовленные хачапури с дополнительными слоями сыра. Это блюдо было настолько восхитительным, что его вкус сложно забыть.

Впечатления остались самые приятные.

Это место поразило своим уютом и чистотой. Очень гостеприимные владельцы! Майя, хозяйка, невероятно отзывчивая и помогла нам во многих вопросах, разрешила дольше остаться в номере. Ее муж Георгий очень доброжелательный, показал дорогу до парка и магазина. Он даже предлагал отвезти нас на машине, но у нас была большая семья, и мы занимали все четыре номера. В номерах идеальная чистота, постельное белье свежее, комплекты полотенец белоснежные, мебель качественная. Единственный минус — расстояние до центра города, требуется минут 20 пешком, что с детьми не всегда удобно. Мы очень благодарны за теплый прием, нам было невероятно комфортно!

If you prefer not to walk, you can easily order an affordable taxi using the Bolt app, with the option to pay online.

A charming venue with affordable prices, friendly and welcoming host. Located conveniently close to the city center. The furniture is almost brand new, the bathroom is excellent, and there's a well-equipped kitchen available for guests.
