Restaurant hall "Best Western Hotel"

The establishment is impressive and well-maintained, offering wonderful views. The restaurant on the sixth floor serves exceptionally tasty dishes. The only downside is the breakfast, which could benefit from more variety.

The photos on the hotel's website are misleading. The place is very small. The rooms are tiny but spotless with great beds and facilities. However, the dining areas are terrible. Breakfast is served in a cramped room where tour groups occupy the few available seats and plates. The breakfast selection is minimal, and there's just one young man working there. Tables are not cleared, so guests end up eating surrounded by dirty dishes. This place is a poor excuse for a hotel and can't handle coach tour groups; it should remain a boutique establishment only.

The hotel is excellent, with attentive staff and a tranquil setting. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well-designed and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Посетив бар на крыше, получил море удовольствия. Персонал был вежливым и приготовил два изумительных коктейля. Прекрасный вид усиливает атмосферу. Очень рекомендую!

The hotel boasts a fantastic spot by the Rioni River and offers immensely spacious and well-kept rooms. However, the breakfast could use some improvement.

A lovely place to stay when visiting Kutaisi. The location is excellent and lively. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the breakfast is nothing special. However, for a short stay, it does the job.

Excellent service, and a big thanks to Beka at the front desk for suggesting we attend a Torpedo Kutaisi game, which was truly unforgettable! The rooms are a bit small and look dated, but this doesn’t ruin the stay. The location is great, within walking distance of most good dining spots. Breakfast could use some improvement.

This hotel offers a pleasant and peaceful environment with commendable service. However, the breakfast did not meet my expectations given the cost. I anticipated a wider selection and better quality for the price. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but there's room for improvement in the breakfast options.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with an excellent location. The only downside at the reception was that the driver left my umbrella there, but they didn’t let me know.

The location of the hotel is quite central. However, when we arrived at 3 p.m., our room was not yet prepared for check-in. For those driving, please note that the hotel does not offer private parking, and finding a spot on the street can be challenging.

If you find yourself in Kutaisi, definitely opt for this hotel. The sky bar and restaurant offer stunning views.

Меню на банкете было разнообразным и вкусным. Особенно запомнились блюда из мяса - нежное и сочное, приготовленное на высшем уровне. Подача была тоже на высоте, что добавило к празднику особый шик.

Отмечали свадьбу в этом зале прекрасная атмосфера и обслуживание на высшем уровне!
