Уютный и просторный номер с балконом и общей кухней на первом этаже. Из-за отсутствия указателей мы по ошибке постучались в дверь соседей.

Проводить время там — настоящее удовольствие. Атмосфера — словно дома: чистота, уют и радушие, которые заставляют почувствовать себя особенным гостем. Вернусь без колебаний.

Цена как у среднего кино, а качество будто ты попал в студию Уэса Андерсона. И везде чистота, как будто каждый угол прошел арт-контроль с выставочным стандартом.

Балкон с видом на зелёный сад и уютные комнаты согревали так, будто приехала к близким друзьям. Тёплые простыни и горячая вода – будто обнимаешься с чаем в дождливый день. Особое место в сердце занял застенчивый котик. Впечатлений хватило надолго, хочется вернуться сюда весной.

We stayed in a Triple room with a shared balcony, and for the price, it was a good deal. The room was pleasant and had an extra bed, which was useful for storing luggage. It came equipped with a heater, a kettle, tea cups, spoons, a desk, a coat hanger, a night lamp, and a private bathroom. Both the bathroom and room were clean, and there was always hot water available. The sheets were comfortable and kept us warm despite the cold. There is a small garden at the front and a well-equipped kitchen downstairs that is always open. The downstairs area also had a piano, a dining table, and a sofa set. We had the opportunity to park our car inside, though it accommodates only one car at a time, with additional street parking available. The location is easy to find on Google Maps, and the host was very helpful, providing the location and assisting us in finding it. We checked in late, and the host was professional, spoke English, showed us the room, collected payment, and did not disturb us afterward. Overall, it’s a decent place for a night's stay and would be even nicer in summer or spring with more greenery. A shy cat on the property added a pleasant touch. However, the bidet was leaking and not working properly. The shower could have been more powerful and evenly spread. The bathroom was just okay, but usable. There were salts at the bottom of the kettle. Cold air entered through the main door, and the heater might not be enough in winter.

The rooms are amazing, featuring a shared kitchen area on the ground floor, all nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. The owner is incredibly kind and hospitable.

Visited for 4 days. It's an excellent spot close to the city center. Features a private entrance and there's a lovely cherry tree outside.

Рекомендую этот отель всем! Хозяева невероятно гостеприимные. Номера просторные, с удобными кроватями. В комнате есть одна большая двуспальная и одна односпальная кровать. Всё необходимое имеется. Во дворе зелень, и главное — тихо. Цены радуют своей доступностью. Спасибо за радушие!
