The Dry Bridge is a single-span arch bridge. The span itself is closed by a 32-meter vault in the form of a box (a hinged arch).
The bridge is finished with hewn stones, and built of Georgian flat brick. The sidewalks and the roadway are separated by a reinforced concrete curb. The bridge has a metal railing in the form of a railing and ends with a stone parapet.

5 июня 1901 года Эмерик застрелил Дагни Пшибышевскую в номере «Гранд Отеля» на глазах у сына, а затем застрелился сам, оставив предсмертные записки. В адресованной Станиславу записке было написано – «Стах, я это делаю ради тебя».
Что послужило причиной такого поступка, неизвестно.
Дагни похоронили в Тифлисе, на Кукийском кладбище, 8 июня - в день, когда ей бы исполнилось 34 года.
