    An impressive shoe selection ruined by harsh staff behavior. Shopping shouldn't feel like a battle. Quite disappointing.

    Bought sandals here, and the sole cracked after just two weeks. When I went back to exchange them, they refused because I didn't have the box, even though I had the receipt. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

    Bought sandals for my kid here, and within a week, the hardware broke and the sole started to peel. When I tried to return them, they refused because I didn’t have a second receipt. They basically told me it was my problem, even though I had the terminal receipt and the box. Told the manager to train their cashiers to staple both receipts together and put them in the box, like any decent store would. Never setting foot here again.

    Сломанные сандалии через неделю? Это была моя последняя покупка здесь. Персонал отказал в возврате из-за отсутствия второго чека. Коробка и терминальный чек не доказали ничего. Менеджер нелюбезно ответила, что это мои проблемы. Больше туда ни ногой.

    Прямо скажу — место не впечатлило. Зашёл за новой парой обуви, но чуть не пожалел о каждой потраченной минуте. Атмосфера выглядит приличной, но поведение сотрудников просто портит всё на корню. Выбор вроде бы неплохой, но вежливость тут точно не в моде. Одно расстройство.

    Подошва сандалий не выдержала и двух недель, а на попытку обменять мне отказали из-за отсутствия коробки. Не советую.
