Nice furniture and solid quality, but the excitement fizzled out when I faced a language barrier with staff. Despite promos and warranties, communication issues made the experience less pleasant. Free delivery and installation were helpful, but a basic understanding of English would greatly enhance customer service.

Оснащение магазина и вежливость персонала оказались на высоте, но моя радость испарилась, когда дело дошло до доставки и сборки мебели. Ужасное отношение! Таких непрофессиональных работников давно не встречал. Если это и часть сервиса, то явно самая худшая.

Finding the perfect couch was easy because the store's selection is impressive and the staff is incredibly helpful. But once you buy it, prepare for a different experience. The delivery and assembly team could use a lesson in professionalism. Scratches on my new furniture and floors were brushed off as "part of the process." If they work on their service, this place could be a gem.

Был в магазине мебели в Батуми. Мебель у них ничего, но один неприятный момент всё испортил. Привезли комод с царапиной. Сказали заменят через неделю — не критично. Однако, на назначенный день никто не приехал и на мои звонки не отвечали. Очень расстроен их отношением.
