Scratching my head about the scratched dresser. The initial excitement for good quality furniture and friendly staff quickly faded. A promised replacement in a week turned into ghosting on the delivery day. No answers, no explanations. Disappointing experience in Batumi.

Great selection and hassle-free purchase. The modern designs caught my eye, and the delivery and assembly process was a breeze. Definitely worth a visit for anyone in town.

Great furniture store in Batumi, Georgia. They offer a wide selection without overwhelming you. The staff is friendly and informative, providing just the right amount of assistance. Delivery and assembly went off without a hitch, and any minor issues were promptly resolved. Prices vary, but the quality is satisfying.

Nice furniture and solid quality, but the excitement fizzled out when I faced a language barrier with staff. Despite promos and warranties, communication issues made the experience less pleasant. Free delivery and installation were helpful, but a basic understanding of English would greatly enhance customer service.

Finding the perfect couch was easy because the store's selection is impressive and the staff is incredibly helpful. But once you buy it, prepare for a different experience. The delivery and assembly team could use a lesson in professionalism. Scratches on my new furniture and floors were brushed off as "part of the process." If they work on their service, this place could be a gem.
