    Oversized promises, undersized service. Bought a headband here—no try-ons allowed, they said. Fine, but it can't be returned, either. I learned that after. Would've been nice to know up front. Manager's unhelpfulness was astounding. Not a place to feel valued.

    Пент разочаровал. Купил повязку за 40 лари, а их менеджер не хотел помогать, хотя вещь даже не мерили. Информация о том, что повязка не снимается программно, тоже появилась уже после покупки. Менеджер с таким подходом к клиенту точно на своём месте не сидит. Может, стоит поменять подход?
