Обычно не пишу отзывы, но здесь не удержусь. Женщина-нотариус ведет себя агрессивно, не желая общаться. Есть другое бюро в старом городе, где работают адекватные люди.

This place is highly not recommended. We used their services for translation and certification of passports. Initially they promised to complete the entire procedure in one day, but in the end it took two, which, of course, can happen. However, our translator, Sofiko, practically did not answer calls, and when she did, there were long delays of several hours. Therefore, each time we had to personally go to their office to obtain information.
When submitting documents to justice, it turned out that the documents were mixed up and incorrectly certified. Again it was not possible to contact the translator Sofiko.
Upon arrival at the office, we were met by a woman who could not even explain the essence of the problem; as soon as she heard that there was something wrong with the documents, she immediately began to be rude and scream, refusing to accept responsibility and directing us to Sofiko. This was accompanied by aggressive behavior and inappropriate statements. It took us a few minutes to calm her down, get answers to our questions and finally get through to Sofiko.
Eventually, a woman came outside and started making fun of us, expressing contempt and using racist language. We came to this country without any complaints, just wanting to right the wrongs that we had already paid for with our time and taxi money. We did not demand compensation, but we expected an apology and a quick resolution to the problem, as is usually done around the world. Georgia should not be an exception.
