It was an excellent experience. The trip was efficient, well-organized, and coordinated. The group was diverse and friendly. Our guide Mariam was fluent in English and Russian and was the best guide we've had in Georgia.

The trip from Tbilisi was fantastic. The highlight was hiking over the rainbow mountains, which was amazing. The monastery visit was also impressive, and our guide Nikz did a wonderful job. He paid attention to our requests and explained everything about the sites we explored. In Manavi, we enjoyed a variety of tasty foods like honey and drinks such as wine and chacha. The driver was excellent too; the ride was smooth and quick.

An incredible cultural and personal experience! The excursion was fantastic, but what truly made it special was our guide Maria. She was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable but also showed exceptional kindness and warmth. Huge thanks to her for this wonderful experience!

Добрый день. Экскурсия в Казбеги 4 июля 2026 года оставила отличные впечатления. Связаться через приложение Max было очень удобно, ответы приходили быстро, вся информация была предоставлена. Оплата наличными в день экскурсии – это тоже большой плюс. Комфортабельный микроавтобус Мерседес с работающим кондиционером обеспечил комфорт в дороге. Гид проводил экскурсию на русском и английском языках, информация была четкой и по делу, без перегрузки. Хотя дорога из Тбилиси в Казбеги занимает более 10 часов, усталости не ощущали благодаря остановкам в красивых местах и организованному обеду. Пейзажи по пути просто захватывающие, и чем дальше, тем больше удивляешься. Финал экскурсии – это нечто особенное. Обязательно стоит посетить это место, находясь в Грузии. Огромная благодарность организаторам. Рекомендую!

Я купила тур в Мцхету 28 июня. У нас была замечательная гид Натали. Экскурсия очень понравилась. Мы посетили красивые церкви и монастыри, пейзажи просто потрясающие. Гид очень обаятельная и внимательная.

We chose this tour because of the great Google reviews, but our experience was just average (about 6/10).

The biggest letdown was the guide. He seemed disinterested and didn't show any enthusiasm for his work. Most of the time, he was more engaged in conversation with his girlfriend than with the group. I've been to many of these sites with another tour company before, and the difference was significant. On that tour, the guide shared historical details both on the bus and while exploring each location, which made every stop much more engaging. This time, I ended up providing more information to my family than we got from the guide.

Another problem was the van. The air conditioning mostly blew warm air, and we had to keep reminding the driver to adjust it. Instead, he often drove with the window open, which wasn't ideal on a hot day.

The destinations are stunning and definitely worth a visit, but a good guide can really enhance the experience. Sadly, this tour fell short of the high expectations set by the reviews.

I went on the Kazbegi and Kakheti tours. The vehicle was comfortable, and our driver, Spartan, made sure we were safe. Our tour manager, Taimur, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny.

I reached out to this agency to arrange some tours, and they were helpful at first. However, when it came time to pay, their website listed a special price of €28.50, but they wanted to charge me €35 when I tried to book directly as instructed. When I inquired about this, they advised me to book online, and that’s when their true demeanor showed. They became rude and unpleasant. I do not recommend them.

Update on July 1, 2026: I booked a trip with a different provider through another platform for today. When I got to the bus stop, I was directed to a man for check-in, as multiple buses were leaving from various operators. I showed him my ticket, and upon seeing my name, he recognized my previous negative review and confronted me about it. He became aggressive, insisting that I take down the review within 10 minutes if I wanted to board any bus, even though I hadn't booked with them.

I had made sure to book with a different operator, but with all the buses and people around, I was unsure which one to take. I stood my ground, stating that my review reflected my personal experience and I wouldn't remove it. His aggression escalated, and he began to curse and threaten me, calling me a horrible person. Then, his colleagues approached, and he appeared ready to attack, forcing me to walk away quickly to avoid a confrontation. I almost called the police.

It’s unacceptable for any business to threaten someone over a negative review. They should address their issues instead of resorting to abuse. I suspect the aggressive man was from a different travel company, as he seemed to know about my review.

I’ve never been treated so poorly over a review. In the end, I had to leave since they wouldn’t let me find my tour operator. Thankfully, my actual tour operator was understanding and refunded my money for the day, even though it wasn’t their fault.

If you're visiting Georgia, you must try the day tours to Kazbegi and Kakheti! The tour guides, Dmitri and Ika, make the experience enjoyable, informative, and unforgettable. They offer both group and private tours, and we opted for the group tour, which was very affordable and a great deal. Their mini buses are comfortable and well-kept, and traveling with them feels very safe. I highly recommend them for an easy exploration of Georgia!
