Awful customer service and a disappointing experience with the tour.

The tour began with over a 30-minute delay, and they were quite disorganized, not even knowing which van to assign us to. The guide appeared to lack knowledge about the tour itself. During the excursion, we were involved in a car accident, and a month later, I was informed that the driver was fired due to that incident, even though he wasn't at fault. This felt completely unjust. Additionally, the support I received in the weeks following the accident regarding bureaucratic issues was nearly non-existent.

We went on a tour to Kasbegi with Lekso, and he was fantastic. He provided great information about the trip and answered all our questions about the country. He was very cheerful and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend taking a day trip with him. The booking experience with Mari was also very pleasant; she made everything much easier. Both agents are truly wonderful! 😍😘

Car rental service is a total scam! They gave us a car with damaged tires, and when the wheel broke, the spare was useless without a disk. We had to call for assistance, and they charged us $200 for a replacement wheel. They also falsely claimed there were traffic violations, but the photos weren't even of our car. On top of that, they refused to return the €100 deposit. Overall, they're just out to rip people off, and you'll end up with a huge hole in your wallet.
