ფრჩხილების მოვლის კლუბი ფრჩხილების სალონი

The team and service here are unmatched in Tbilisi 🙌🏼 The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly ❤️❤️

Visited multiple times; the place is spotless and the staff is very efficient.

The salon is well-designed and clean, and I liked that their tools are properly disinfected. The technician was also quite fast, which is a definite plus. However, the overall experience was disappointing because of her attitude. The Russian-speaking technician began using informal language with me without asking. When I calmly expressed my preference for formal address, she dismissed it and commented that it was surprising for someone younger to object, calling me “complicated.” She repeated this when I chose not to answer personal questions during the appointment. For context, I am a mature woman but simply appear young. Professionalism should not depend on perceived age. I came for a manicure, not to justify my personal boundaries. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the technician focused on my reaction. Despite this, I'm willing to give this place another chance. If my next visit shows the professionalism I expect, I will gladly update this review.
