My girlfriend's piercings are still not healed after almost 3 months. The two she got and the one I received were done poorly, to put it kindly. My helix piercing was done at an angle, so it sticks out from the side instead of the back. My girlfriend's situation was worse; she almost needed to go to the ER due to infections, even though she cleaned it daily. A trusted piercer in our city said he had never seen piercings done so badly. It's a shame because the staff was really nice. :/

We had an excellent time at this studio. Our child's ear piercing went off without a hitch. Christina was very attentive, answered all our questions, and clearly explained the aftercare and healing process. The studio was spotless, and all tools were opened in front of us, ensuring everything was sterile and tidy. She was also very supportive and helped our child feel as comfortable as possible, even though it can be a bit painful. We’re thrilled with the outcome and would definitely recommend this studio 😊
