STOP USING TAPE ON OUR PLASTIC BAGS! I can't believe this supermarket still has such a wasteful way of selling fresh produce. They seal your plastic bag with tape that's nearly impossible to open, which forces you to tear it apart and toss it after one use. To make matters worse, they charge you 7 cents for each bag that they practically make you take. I won’t be buying fruits or vegetables from here again. And that’s not even mentioning the poor quality of the produce, the wilted items on display, the unhelpful staff, and the incredibly long lines.

It's an average grocery store. However, they have great desserts at a low cost. The service isn't the best, but it's acceptable for a grocery store.

В этом магазине в Тбилиси единственные платные одноразовые пакеты, даже для упаковки мяса и рыбы. Эти пакеты заклеивают, похоже, чтобы мы не могли положить туда что-то еще, так что дома приходится разрывать пакет, чтобы его открыть.

Продают низкокачественные фрукты и овощи.

Neither great nor terrible. Just another supermarket with a decent selection of products and satisfactory service.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with an employee at the self-checkout section of the store (a woman around 50 years old). As a foreign customer who doesn't speak Georgian, I find it frustrating that every time I attempt to use the self-checkout, she raises her voice or shouts in Georgian while pointing at me instead of offering a polite explanation. There is no greeting or any effort to communicate respectfully. This behavior has made me avoid shopping at this store, even though I appreciate the product selection and its proximity to my home.
