I had one of the worst experiences at this salon and would not recommend it to anyone. I showed exactly the haircut I wanted, but the result was nothing like it. It felt like the stylist didn’t know how to cut hair. After the haircut, I got a keratin treatment, but they kept cutting my hair randomly with scissors, making it much shorter and reducing its volume. I am very disappointed.

The keratin treatment was also subpar. My hair remained curly in the middle, similar to how it was before the treatment, making it a waste of money.

To make matters worse, the staff were careless with the heat tools. They burned my scalp and ears multiple times with the straightener, showing no concern for my comfort or safety.

Despite having an appointment, I waited around 30–45 minutes before they started. The staff were unprofessional, didn’t listen to my requests, and I left feeling frustrated and regretful.

Please don’t waste your money here. I strongly advise against this salon, especially for haircuts or keratin treatments.

Expérience incroyable. Nous avons profité de divers soins : visage, dos, sourcils, mèches, couleurs, coupe, manucure et pédicure. Nous y sommes restés de l'ouverture jusqu'à presque 23h, et elles se sont occupées de nous toute la journée. Très gentilles, agréables et professionnelles, elles ont su nous faire oublier nos mauvaises expériences en Géorgie. Je n'ai jamais reçu autant de compliments sur ma couleur, même si mes cheveux étaient abîmés. Grâce à un soin, elle a pu refaire du blond et cacher mes cheveux blancs😅 Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, ne serait-ce que pour vous revoir❤️🌹

She's truly talented! While in Tbilisi for my wedding, I stumbled upon this beauty salon as it was near my hotel. I asked if they could style my hair for the wedding, and the owner confidently assured me she could. She did an amazing job and was incredibly kind. I highly recommend this place for hairstyling.
