I live close to a popular spot in Tbilisi, which is one of my favorites. However, last night I went to another restaurant and usually enjoy their meat burger. I decided to try the chicken burger this time, but it was awful—unclean, burnt on one side, and overcooked. I mentioned this to the manager, but he did nothing. I still had to pay for the burger, and he didn’t even apologize or offer a replacement. I left feeling hungry and upset. This experience has happened to me in several restaurants in Tbilisi, where they genuinely care and want to make things right. If your establishment has a Michelin star, you should act accordingly!
