Sadly, we didn't get to enjoy this restaurant or taste the food. They offer cooking classes, and I booked one for my five guests from different countries through a popular Tbilisi website. However, less than 24 hours before the class, I received an email at 8:18 PM saying it was canceled. I didn't see it in time because I don't check emails constantly due to family responsibilities. Why collect my phone number if they're not going to call?

The next day, we arrived with my guests and were only informed in the kitchen that the chef had canceled. It's unfair that I have to cancel by noon the previous day, but they can cancel at their convenience. When booking, the schedule seemed fully open. If they can't manage the demand, they shouldn't offer these classes.

We never got to try the food, but based on other reviews, it seems like organizational issues are common here.

The curly-haired guy is fantastic.

Definitely the top spot for breakfast. This location is quieter than the one on Rustaveli, making it easier to grab a table. The staff is super friendly.

Был на обеде. Еда на высшем уровне, обслуживание тоже. Особенно впечатлил кофе. В Ваке сложно найти такой отличный фильтр-кофе с круассаном. Однозначно рекомендую для завтрака или обеда!

We love this spot and have been regulars for a long time, drawn by the great atmosphere and tasty food.

Yesterday was like any other visit; we ordered our usual dishes, and the food was good overall. However, we noticed a change in the service staff, which negatively impacted our experience. The waitresses were unprofessional, laughing loudly, chatting in the hall, and using their phones, which left a bad impression and lowered the quality of service.

Today, we ordered the same dishes again, but they were completely different. The presentation, portion size, and taste had all changed, suggesting a lack of consistency in the kitchen or that the recipes aren't being followed. One dish was missing its sauce, and when we asked about it, we were told it was a “new presentation,” even though it was fine just yesterday.

We hope this place maintains the high standards that made us fall in love with it initially. Consistency in service and food quality is crucial for bringing guests back.

This spot in Tbilisi is a top favorite! It has a cozy vibe, nice music, courteous staff, and consistently excellent food and drinks. You must try their zucchini pancakes with salmon! Definitely a place to check out!

Я очень недовольна. Мой заказ готовили около 40 минут, и когда я зашла на кухню, они просто болтали вместо того, чтобы заниматься нашим заказом. Это уже второй раз. В первый раз я не стала ничего писать, подумав, что, возможно, обсуждают что-то важное. Но я понимаю русский язык и слышала, что их разговор не касался приготовления еды.

Я действительно расстроена и вряд ли вернусь сюда.

Также отмечу, что когда я обратилась к официантке, она попросила их поторопиться, но они её тоже проигнорировали. Спасибо официантке за её попытку 🙂🙂

გარემო შესანიშნავი იყო, მაგრამ ლანჩი შეკვეთილი გვქონდა და საათნახევარი დაგვიანდა, მითუმეტეს რომ სამზარეულოში დროულად არ დაიწყეს კერძების მომზადება და უბრალოდ საუბრობდნენ.

Waiting for the order took an absurd 1 hour and 45 minutes. There was hair in the food, and the service was terrible. We left feeling very disappointed.

The food tasted good apart from the dish with hair, and the coffee was nice.

We reached out on March 7 to reserve a table for March 8, but didn't get a response until after the date we wanted. Despite this, my friend and I eventually found the place and went there.

The experience was awful. It's baffling how the menu and interior could be so well thought out, yet the service was so poor.

We waited an hour and a half for our food without any warning about the delay or being asked if it was acceptable. My meal was served cold with a sauce that had hardened, indicating it sat for a while before being brought to us. I even found a hair in my food.

When we asked the waitress about our food, she didn’t give any answers—not after an hour, nor after an hour and a half.

In the end, we got cold dishes and an “I’m so sorry” from a different waitress. There was no apology from the restaurant, no offer to make it right, and they still charged us for the dish with the hair.

This was how we ended up celebrating International Women’s Day at this restaurant.
