Not even worth 1 star. The service was terrible; the waitress rolled her eyes while taking our order. We waited over an hour, and the chicken was cold inside and not fresh. None of the dishes were good. Total waste of money.

There are safety concerns; everything seems expired, and not a single dish is in decent condition or tastes good. I felt really sorry for the staff because they have to eat the same poor-quality food every day.

The customer service here is unmatched compared to other locations, and the food is great too.

The service is very poor. Orders arrive at least 40 minutes late, and the food isn't hot by the time it gets to you. There are many delays and errors with the orders.

I have epilepsy, and the club-like atmosphere here triggered my first seizure in three months. The taste of the food was okay, but the portions were so small that even my 6-year-old nephew wouldn't be satisfied.

We arrived in the mid to late afternoon, so some issues might have been due to the timing. I had the masala dosa, which was delicious. The chai was lovely. My partner's chana masala was only lukewarm, not hot, and the chapatis seemed stale. He thought his meal was just average.
The music was quite loud, and tables, including ours, didn't seem cleaned, but the staff were friendly and nice. - N
The biriyani here is the best in Tbilisi. The porotta and chilly chicken were amazing. Definitely try the Oreo milkshake 😋
