My husband and I had dinner at a restaurant in Tbilisi, and it’s definitely one of the top spots for a modern and elegant dining experience.

The atmosphere is lovely, with a minimalist design, calming classical music in the background, and fresh flowers on the tables. The staff is very polite and friendly, which makes it feel welcoming.

We started with hummus and guacamole accompanied by grilled vegetables and crispy bread. It was fresh, light, and a fantastic combination.

For our main course, we had Chicken Schnitzel with Truffle Puree and Caramelized Plum. It was outstanding—the chicken was perfectly crispy, the puree was smooth, and the plum added a wonderful depth of flavor and texture.

We also tried the Pan Khachapuri with Three Cheeses. While it’s a modern take and not entirely traditional, it was incredibly tasty.

To finish, we had the Napoleon cake, which was impressive!

I highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking for great food and excellent service in Tbilisi.

This week, I tried a restaurant in Tbilisi for the first time. Having moved to Switzerland at age 8, dining out in Tbilisi is always special for me. My childhood friend introduced me to this spot, and I'll be returning for sure. The food is amazing, and the unique concept shows it's run with passion. I had the best dessert of my life there. 3. The food was the star of the evening. Each dish was a masterpiece in both presentation and flavor, and everyone loved the unique flavor combinations.
