I've been ordering a full fried chicken from this restaurant, but I keep receiving chicken breast pieces instead. It's really disappointing, and Bolt hasn't been helpful at all. The first time I let it slide, but after the third time, I complained. They said it was a chicken cut into pieces, but I asked them to clarify because I could clearly see it was chicken thighs, not a whole chicken. It's frustrating that they advertise halal options and charge a lot without delivering what they promise. I wanted thighs specifically; I could just order from KFC if that’s what I wanted. I wish I could share a photo to show the issue, but there’s no option to upload it.

I didn't order from this restaurant because the price on the app was lower than what they quoted me on WhatsApp, even though it was the same timing. It just doesn't make sense that ordering through the app would be cheaper than ordering directly from them. It would be better if the prices matched across all platforms, including their menu on Google and the app.
