I completely agree with the woman from the group of 12. We were at the restaurant at the same time, and the service was awful. The waiter was unprofessional, a bit rude, and passive-aggressive. There were only three tables occupied, yet the food took forever to arrive. I was also shocked to see mold in the bread, just like the previous comment mentioned.

Our visit was a huge letdown. We were a group of about 12 with a reservation for 8:30 PM. We ordered right away, but it took more than 2.5 hours for the food to come, even though the place was nearly empty. Adding to the disappointment, the bread had mold on it. The service was terrible. The waiter kept asking about our orders, forgot some dishes, and seemed indifferent and unprofessional. There was no apology at any point. I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to end up feeling frustrated and disappointed.

We reserved a table for February 14th and had high hopes for the evening since it was a special day for us. The service let us down. Even though there were only two main dishes to pick from and they needed to be ordered ahead, we waited nearly an hour for our main course. Our drink orders were forgotten. The food was decent, but not worth the steep price.

This place is absolutely stunning, one of the most beautiful spots I've ever stayed. The view is breathtaking, making every moment feel special, especially in the mornings. Waking up to such a gorgeous panorama is truly unforgettable. The whole atmosphere is warm, elegant, and relaxing.

The staff are outstanding—professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. The morning waiters deserve a special mention for making breakfast perfect. Their kindness, attention to detail, and positive energy start the day off right. This level of service is rare and shows how much they care about guests.

Overall, this place offers more than just accommodation; it's a wonderful experience. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, amazing views, and top-notch hospitality. I can’t wait to return.
