Terrible experience. Rented a car at Tbilisi Airport, Georgia. Upon returning, a wheel cap was missing. No accidents, no scratches, everything else was fine. We had a $250 deposit, and they said a full set of wheel caps costs $40. We offered to deduct even $100 to cover it and asked for the rest back. The staff asked us to email them and promised a refund. Once we got back home and emailed them, they refused to refund any amount. Completely unethical and unacceptable. I've rented cars in many countries, and never had such a bad experience. This service cheats customers and harms Georgia's tourist-friendly image. Avoid renting from this company. They are dishonest and unprofessional.

Why choose anything less when you can get more? This car rental offers dependable vehicles at great prices. I appreciated the straightforward pricing with no hidden surprises. Every rental felt like a smart choice, combining reliability and value. Although everything was generally good, I noticed a couple of minor oversights in car cleanliness. Overall, it's a solid option when you want to rent with peace of mind and save some money.

The day after renting the car, the first fines started coming in. Despite paying these fines, when returning the car, we were charged an additional 30 US dollars per fine. The car had been washed before we returned it, but one mat was slightly dirty with mud because it had rained. We were asked for another 10 US dollars just to clean that mat.

Avoid this car rental service at all costs. They gave us a car that wasn’t safe to drive. The lights didn’t work, and the brakes weren’t reliable. The overall state was terrible. No replacement was available, so it was either take it or walk. The real trouble began when we returned it. They first reduced the deposit for a "dirty car" and then kept it all because I wouldn’t sign a form. The employee suddenly acted like he couldn’t speak English, despite speaking it earlier. We had a flight to catch, but we lost the deposit. This is outright FRAUD, and it seems like they do this on purpose.

Мы обратились в полицию, но ничего не добились, лишь открыли дело. Советую обходить это место стороной. Лучше обращаться в известные международные компании и отели, там ваши права будут защищены.

This is the worst car rental experience I've ever had. They just want to take your money. We got a car with full insurance and paid a deposit. When the tire got punctured, it was supposed to be covered by insurance, but when we returned the car, the notorious blonde lady took $50 from our deposit because we didn't call her about the tire. This wasn't in the contract! She was incredibly rude and unhelpful, saying she didn't care about the contract. There's no customer service, no respect, just a full-on scam. They'll do anything to keep your deposit. When we tried talking to her, she ignored us, walked away, and started using her phone!

They are scammers who won’t give back your deposit. They’ll destroy your vacation. Absolutely the worst experience. Be careful and don’t trust these idiots.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They took my deposit and then started making excuses not to return it because of a punctured tire. I showed them the contract, which clearly stated that any tire damage would be covered if the car was fully insured. We had full insurance, yet she refused to give back the deposit. She was extremely rude and didn’t even let us speak to her manager. When I showed her the contract, she said she didn’t care. It seemed like she and her manager didn’t think we had read the contract. Be careful, they are scammers. They will ruin your vacation.
