Арендовали машину в агентстве на тбилисском аэропорте. При возврате выяснилось, что отсутствует один колпак на колесе. Машина была в хорошем состоянии, без аварий и царапин, за исключением этой потери. Мы оставили депозит в $250, и нам сообщили, что комплект колпаков стоит всего $40. Мы предложили снять даже $100, чтобы покрыть замену и неудобства, и попросили вернуть остаток. На месте сотрудники сказали, что нужно отправить email, и пообещали вернуть разницу. Но после возвращения домой и нашего письма они отказались возвращать деньги, что абсолютно неэтично и недопустимо. Мне доводилось арендовать машины во многих странах, и это был самый плохой опыт. Такое обслуживание обманывает клиентов и портит репутацию Грузии как туристической страны. Предупреждаю всех — избегайте аренды машин у этой компании. Они нечестные и непрофессиональные.

Initially, I was doubtful due to the feedback, but everything turned out well. As long as you follow the guidelines, you won't have to worry about extra charges. The customer service representative was really friendly, and I'm happy I chose to rent a car from here. Just make sure to stick to the rules, and you’ll have a smooth experience.

Машину взяли в аэропорту Тбилиси 26 августа, вернули в аэропорту Кутаиси 29 августа. Несмотря на то, что за 3,5 дня мы дважды мыли и чистили машину, с нас сняли деньги за "грязь". Ветер тогда был сильный, до 65 км/ч, и машина была чище, чем при получении. При выдаче на машине уже была вмятина (как видно на фото). Сначала агент пытался обвинить нас, но после предъявления фото не смог продолжить обвинения. Мы показали фотографии состояния машины при возврате, но агент отказался вернуть депозит, стал груб и с раздражением захлопнул дверь. Это был стресс для нас, особенно так как я путешествовал с семьёй и маленьким ребёнком. Мы соблюдали все правила, избегали запрещённых дорог, не превышали скорость и аккуратно обращались с машиной. Тем не менее, нам предъявили $30 за "чистоту", несмотря на наши усилия и погодные условия. Мы почувствовали себя обманутыми и из-за грубости агента не смогли сделать финальное фото при сдаче автомобиля. Избегайте эту компанию — они найдут способ снять деньги с вашего депозита, как бы вы ни старались. Поставил бы 0 звёзд, если бы мог. Не обращайтесь к ним, если хотите избежать несправедливости.

We rented a RAV4 for a very reasonable price compared to other companies. As for the deposit, we handed over $300 in cash, and we got it back immediately upon returning the car, with no fines and in the same condition as when we picked it up. I highly recommend this company and will definitely rent from them again if I return to Georgia.

Despite negative reviews, I strongly recommend renting cars from here. They offered me the best vehicle at a fair price compared to all the nearby options. They clearly explained the contract terms. I got my full deposit back. It’s simple: know the contract terms and drive safely. Be especially careful with things that aren't yours.

My car rental experience was smooth and enjoyable. The staff was polite, the car was clean and in excellent condition, and the whole process was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Место отвратительное, не берите у них машину. Пытался вернуть депозит, но они мошенники: заявили, что на машине есть царапина, и сняли с меня 250 долларов, при этом отказались возвращать деньги. Кажется, сами создают царапины. Если получаешь штраф, они блокируют машину. Дали плохую машину, у которой была проблема с шинами. Вообще не беспокоятся о клиентах. Лживые и безответственные. Отрицали, что я у них арендовал. Хамство и обман на каждом шагу. Не вздумайте туда обращаться.

Be cautious with this place and the bald guy running it. We returned the car in perfect condition, yet he charged us extra, claiming we drove too fast. That wasn't true, and he never provided a photo as proof, only a GPS map. This guy is a total scam.

Warning, just warning, and warning again. Their service is terrible. They took my $250 deposit, and the employee instructed me to email them for a refund. They never returned it.

If I could, I wouldn't even give this place a single star. I've rented cars all over the world and never had such a terrible experience. Tried contacting their 24-hour number without success. When we finally arrived at the airport to return the car, the lady at the counter claimed she never received any calls or messages, and even said the number we had was non-existent—it was the one on our contract.

She also claimed she had no money to return our deposit, even before checking the car. After inspecting it and finding no issues, she invented a $30 cleaning fee, despite the car being spotless. When I questioned this, she rudely insisted there were coffee stains, even though we didn't have coffee at all during the trip. It seemed she just wanted to keep the deposit money.

When I mentioned I would leave a bad review, she said she didn't care. I asked for her name, but she refused to give it and slammed the door in my face. I took her picture and I'm sharing it here—avoid this employee at all costs. She is the most rude, aggressive, and unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Do not give your business to this company, as they're not only trying to pocket your deposit but also allow their staff to treat customers horribly.

And to address their response to this review: if I didn't rent a car, how do I have a picture of your employee? The reservation was under my husband's name, but it was me who had the door slammed in my face. Your reply only proves how terrible your company is.

The day after renting the car, the fines started coming in. Although the fines were paid, when returning the car, we were charged an additional $30 per fine. The car had been washed before returning, but one mat was slightly dirty due to rain, and they asked for another $10 for cleaning that one mat.

При возврате машины представитель отказался возвращать залог, ссылаясь на отсутствие отчета о царапине, хотя всё было в порядке – своевременный возврат, чистая и заправленная машина, соблюдение правил и маршрутов. Сказали, что компания сама запросит отчет и вернет деньги в течение пары дней. Но ничего не произошло. Я сам запросил копию отчета, но его подготовка заняла от 10 до 30 дней. Компания игнорировала мои звонки, отвечала на имейлы через несколько дней. Придя в их офис и вызвав полицию, узнал, что без отчета они ничего не вернут. Спустя две недели, отправив им готовый отчет, услышал, что после 10 дней страховка закрывается, и ничего не вернут. Сослались на правило на сайте, которого не было в договоре, подписанном при аренде. Полицейские были бесполезны и грубы, рекомендуя обратиться в суд, а начальник был знаком с директором компании. Итог: $250 украдены, звонки и сообщения игнорируются, хамство и пренебрежение к документам.

Ужасно! Нам дали неисправную машину, а после некачественного ремонта мы рисковали своей жизнью. Вернуть деньги не удалось, до сих пор не получили ни копейки. Не связывайтесь с этой компанией, они попытаются вас обмануть!

Абсолютно безответственная компания. Четырём туристам из Германии дали неисправную машину, а потом на два дня оставили без внимания. Требовали оплатить ремонт поломанного автомобиля, из-за чего люди потеряли два дня. Персонал вёл себя грубо и агрессивно отвечал на вопросы. Деньги не вернули, новую машину не предоставили. Пытались всучить ту же самую отремонтированную машину, которая снова сломалась через пять минут. Держитесь подальше!

When you choose a car, make sure not to speed. Keep it under 125 km. Read the contract carefully and hope you get your deposit back. I lost a $300 deposit, but it was my fault. I can't say anything negative about the company.

In my case, they claimed it was due to speeding, even though I didn't receive any speeding tickets or traffic violations. The woman handling the drop-off was unnecessarily rude and insulting, threatening to call the police when I asked about the deposit. It's unfortunate that such behavior tarnishes the reputation of this beautiful country.

They require a cash deposit, which is risky. It's better to go to Budget or Rent Motors nearby; they might be slightly pricier, but you'll have peace of mind. This review is driven by the terrible attitude of the blonde employee before I even rented a car. She claimed window tinting isn't allowed, yet showed me a car with fully tinted windows. If the police fine you, they won't return your deposit. Stay cautious, fellow travelers to Tbilisi.

Выдумали штраф за превышение скорости, замерянный GPS, а не радаром, всего на 50 лари. На требование вернуть деньги работница нахамила, заявила, что ей всё равно, и убежала. Обратились в полицию — безрезультатно, только составили протокол. Хочу, чтобы власти закрыли эту компанию за вред стране. Обходите стороной местные компании, доверяйте только мировым брендам, там хоть гарантии есть.

This car rental company treats customers poorly and refuses to refund deposits.

This place is a scam. They took a $600 deposit from me and never returned it when I brought the car back in perfect condition. They use fake terms they don’t clarify just to keep the deposit. The staff is very rude, especially the girl with black hair. She's impolite and I suspect she’s the one taking the deposit money. This isn’t a proper company, and I would advise against renting from them.

The woman at the counter was incredibly rude and had no sense of customer service. They gave us a car in terrible condition, dirty both inside and out, and claimed we were the first to drive it. That's a lie! There's a $300 deposit requirement, which is a trap because they'll find any excuse to deduct money for cleaning—charging $30 for exterior dirt and $30 for interior dirt, where our luggage wheels were. It was filthy, but apparently, I was supposed to clean it for them. Be aware that if you rent from here, getting your deposit back is unlikely. I guess that's how they make their money. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

If I could, I'd rate them zero stars. This company is full of liars and cheats. We paid a deposit and got full insurance, which included coverage for a punctured tire as clearly stated in the contract. When the tire got punctured, we replaced it. Upon returning the car, the notorious blonde lady was incredibly rude and demanded 50 pounds because we hadn't informed her about the puncture. When we pointed out that the contract didn’t mention this, she said she didn’t care about the contract and refused to let us speak to the manager. They are scammers. Please be careful and never rent a car from them. It was the worst experience ever.

Terrible experience with this dishonest company. They refuse to return your deposit. I rented a Toyota Corolla and gave a $200 deposit. They kept it when I drove to Trinity Church Road, even though the car was fine. It's a scam.
