It's essential to inspect the car closely before renting because they might say it's in good condition but later claim there are problems. This situation is troubling as it suggests they might damage the car after you return it. Moreover, they charge without consent and fail to provide a detailed bill, which shows a lack of transparency. Be very careful.

Watch out for foreign renter scams! My experience with this company was awful. As an international customer, I was unexpectedly charged $1,000 after returning the car in top condition, despite having full insurance coverage. The policies were unclear and seemed intentionally misleading. When I brought up my concerns, they refused to provide assistance, which was incredibly frustrating. It felt like a scheme targeting travelers. I highly advise against using this company if you're a foreign visitor.

Stay away from this car rental service! We rented a car believing it to be a trustworthy option. We were mistaken. Apparently, this is a common issue with them in both the EU and globally. We left a 400-euro deposit at Tbilisi airport. The car had a bit more than half a tank when we took it and slightly less than that when we returned it. We expected a small charge for this difference. Instead, they charged us for 34 liters, costing 100 euros, claiming in messages that gas costs 3 dollars per liter! They blocked our full deposit of 400 euros. Many similar stories are all over the internet about this company in Europe and worldwide. Sadly, we didn’t research before booking. Consider other rental agencies that are more honest and reliable.

I had a great experience with this car rental in Georgia. The service was excellent, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. We received a brand new car, even better than the one we had originally booked. The return of the rental deposit was quick, taking just a couple of days. I'm definitely coming back next summer and highly recommend them!

Très satisfait de cette agence. L'accueil est convivial, attentionné et efficace. Nous avons pu prolonger la location par simple email, sans problème. L'agence est un peu difficile à trouver, il faut lever les yeux et emprunter un petit escalier pour y accéder.

We picked up our car at the downtown location and were immediately impressed with the service. Everything went smoothly, and Mishka was especially helpful. We even received an upgrade to a better car than we initially booked. We’d definitely rent from here again and highly recommend it.

They even opened the office just for me to pick up my car on a closed day (Sunday and a public holiday) without any extra fee. Компания пообещала вернуть депозит через 20 рабочих дней после возврата машины.

Rented a car for 6 days to drive to Mestia. The staff were very helpful. I had seen some negative comments about extra requirements even with full supercover, so I was a bit worried and wanted to understand everything before starting the rental. In Georgia, if you need to make an insurance claim for damage, it won't be accepted without a police report. This is a government rule, not Hertz's. A local friend confirmed this and mentioned that many prefer fixing their car themselves after an accident, when possible. Unfortunately, I hit a gatepost while reversing, which needed to be reported to the police. Hertz staff on WhatsApp advised that a police report was necessary. The police came, took statements and sketches, and I went to the station for my statement. The Hertz team was available on WhatsApp to help. It wasn't the best part of my trip, but when I returned the car, the Hertz staff were great and said these things happen. They recommended Supercover insurance for such situations. It's affordable at about $18 per day, and if you rent for more than 10 days, the max cost is $180. I remember when extra insurance used to cost almost as much as the daily rental rate. Some tips: for Tbilisi traffic and mountain driving, I suggest renting an automatic (I had a Toyota Corolla). Bring a phone bracket for navigation, as the infotainment system didn’t support Apple CarPlay. There’s a carwash on the main highway from Mtskheta to Tbilisi. My car was black and dirty, and for GEL 4 it was spotless, ready for return.

I picked up a car from Kutaisi airport and had it from 2/9/23 to 15/9/23. They charged me 150 dollars for two minor scratches, 2 liters of gasoline, and for the car being unclean. It was way too expensive.

I would never use this car rental service again. We paid for insurance, yet had to cover the cost of a scratch because we didn't report it to them immediately. When we tried to resolve this, they became unreachable. The car we received had non-working front lights on the very first day and was visibly damaged on the outside. Inside, it smelled of cigarette smoke and had no windshield cleaning fluid. It was like the car hadn't been checked at all. We informed them we would be crossing the border, but the necessary documents weren't ready, forcing us to wait half a day. This was not what I expected from an international company.

The convenience of reaching the desk and accessing the parking was great. The staff was really supportive and attentive.

Booked through Discovercars: rented a 4x4 for 11 days. Got a brand new Toyota Fortuner. Fantastic vehicle! Though prices aren't the lowest, you can count on receiving a reliable car and clear instructions in English. We drove around 1500 km from northern Georgia to southern Armenia and back. There are no mileage limits. Our insurance was arranged via Discovercars. For crossing the border, an official document is required. Make sure to get it in Tbilisi, as it’s not available via mail—plan this into your road trip.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN TBILISI. Booked a 4-day car rental with full insurance and deposit. After signing the contract, the agent kept changing rules and adding new ones every few minutes. I understand reporting accidents or damage immediately is standard, but one absurd rule was to check for scratches every time I stepped out, even for short stops, and report them immediately, despite having full insurance. No other rental place demands this. When I pointed this out, the agent insisted that other branches are wrong, and his instructions were correct. His colleague agreed with him. I told them I’d spend more time checking the car than driving it, which defeats the purpose of renting it. The agent was rude and arrogant throughout. I tried to be patient and give him a chance but eventually asked for a refund because of the terrible service. The deputy manager processed the refund. It doesn’t cost anything to be polite, and good manners go a long way. What should have been a pleasant holiday was spoiled from the start by this car rental experience. Be cautious with the agents here—they can be extremely rude and arrogant. Why spend your money on a company that treats customers like this?

Не рекомендую. На сайте большой выбор, но нам вместо забронированного джипа предложили только один ситроен. Нам не оставалось времени выбирать, и мы согласились, хотя цена этого ситроена оказалась выше. Машина была чистой, но без гидроусилителя руля. На трассе разгоняется с трудом, а в середине пути начала странно шуметь. Тормоза практически отсутствовали! Лучше заплатить больше и взять машину в другом месте, ведь безопасность важнее.
