The schedule says you're open until 16:00 on Saturday. It's 14:15 and you're already closed. I made a special trip to your location for this.

The staff here clearly lacks management skills. They had us waiting for 5 hours only to not receive the parcel that was right in front of us. They kept giving us weak excuses about their inability to deliver the parcel. We were sent to Sarajishvili to get the tax return sheet, which we did, yet still didn’t get the parcel upon returning. The staff barely spoke decent English and didn’t even try to communicate effectively. This was definitely one of the worst service experiences imaginable.

Receiving a parcel takes forever, and it's just not possible to get it without them asking for extra charges.

Ужасное обслуживание. Две звезды только за то, что мне всё-таки выдали посылку. Всё происходит медленно, операторы общаются с недовольством и презрением. Посылки обращаются плохо, коробки повреждены. Качество обслуживания отвратительное.

I mailed postcards to the US from here about two months back, and they never showed up. Anyone have any idea where they went?

Замечательное место. Получила посылку очень быстро, сотрудники вежливые и приветливые.

Здесь нет коробок для отправки посылок. Придётся приносить свою. Персонал невежливый.

Сотрудницы отзывчивые. Могут говорить на трех языках. Если не каждая, то в смене точно найдется, кто говорит по-английски или по-русски. В очередях длинных стоять не пришлось.

Почему нельзя сразу получить все посылки, которые пришли? Уже не первый раз оказывается, что только на следующий день после визита можно забрать следующую. Приходится снова ехать, стоять в длинной очереди и столько же ждать, пока сотрудница неторопливо ищет посылку. Все равно ведь берут по 2 лари за каждую из них. Может, это делается для улучшения статистики работы, чтобы казалось, что много посетителей? Или проблемы с организацией учета? В дальнейшем, наверное, перейду на использование СДЭК и других подобных сервисов. По крайней мере, там понятно, за что платишь, и все происходит быстрее и дешевле.

Отправила письмо маме в Петербург и чичилаки в Америку. Очень приятное место.

The staff were genuinely warm and accommodating. Processing procedures typically require a bit of waiting time at any location.

Там стоит аппарат, который выдаёт номера очереди, вроде для вида. На самом деле все проходят как попало, без очереди.

Обычно работает только один оператор, и ожидание своей очереди занимает около 30 минут.

The staff is nice, but it's clear that management needs to spend an hour observing the chaos here. It's a complete comedy! There’s a line of 20 people waiting, yet only two employees are actually busy, while five others stand around with their hands in their pockets. Of those two working, 80% of their time is wasted on stamping endless papers and waiting for elderly women to fill out envelopes just to replace the perfectly good ones they already have. Self-adhesive plastic pockets aren’t even available. Instead, clear office pockets are awkwardly taped to parcels. I had to wait for two hours just to hand in a package. Even when it was my turn, it still took 30 minutes. Feels like being stuck in the worst part of the 1960s. The socialist era didn’t seem this bad. What a mess!

Персонал очень доброжелательный. Всегда готовы помочь и делают это на высшем уровне.

Больше бы звезд, если бы сотрудники были внимательнее и хотя бы немного дружелюбнее.

The staff here is incredibly welcoming and speaks excellent English. They handle any issues with great professionalism.
