I had an unpleasant and unsafe experience at this massage place. I scheduled a "back and shoulders" massage, expecting it to be with oil as confirmed by the staff. While oil was used, the session was anything but relaxing. The therapist rushed through an aggressive routine, making quick, clumsy movements that forced my body to tense up. When I expressed discomfort, the therapist laughed.
The next day, I woke up with intense back pain and an old shoulder injury that had been healed was aggravated again. Since it had been fine for so long, I hadn't mentioned it before, but their technique brought it back.
When I informed them about my injury, they lacked empathy, twisted their menu descriptions, and blamed me instead of accepting any responsibility.
The greeting was unfriendly. Upon entering, I was immediately asked about payment. After the massage, I was handed a water bottle and felt rushed to leave as soon as I put my shoes on.
If you're looking for a safe and professional massage in Tbilisi, consider other options. I had a much better experience at another Thai place on Rustaveli Street recently. - A
