The service was rude and unhelpful. They didn't speak Georgian, which is required by law in Georgia, nor English, and were not willing to assist me in finding the right size for the tube I needed. I'm open to changing my opinion, but they really didn’t give off a helpful vibe.

The owner failed to inform us that the tyre he sold was unsuitable for Georgian roads. The brand-new tyre got a major cut within 10km on the highway. The sealant wasn't good quality either, and the tyre's price was much higher than in other shops. He also didn't tell us when the work on our bikes would be done, so we had to return several times. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to these significant issues.

Extremely welcoming atmosphere and great service! They have all the standard parts, accessories, and offer reliable repairs. If something specific is needed, they'll guide you on where to find it. Repairs are transparent and well-explained. The owner rides too, so you're definitely in expert hands here.

A fantastic person who delivered excellent service at a very reasonable cost. Much appreciated :)
