Curtain store "Curtain House | Zuragio"

I’m really pleased with my experience. Teona at the store patiently assisted me in selecting and advising on curtain options. Later, her teammates came to measure and then installed them. They handled everything with great care. I’m very satisfied with how the curtains turned out and want to thank them for their excellent service.

Excellent service, high-quality products, and reasonable prices!

If you prefer not to be overcharged, avoid this place.

They took my money and never delivered anything. They refuse to resolve the issue. Do not use their services. Your experience will be terrible, and they know they can treat foreigners poorly without consequences. They will cheat you.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this curtain shop. Initially, their customer service seemed fine, but quickly turned terrible. On our first visit, we picked out fabric and arranged for a measuring appointment at our flat. They showed up almost an hour late. When we returned the next day to finalize our order, they made it clear that our 500-600 GEL purchase didn't matter, especially during the holiday season, even though the shop was empty. Natia lied about calling us back regarding the fabric we were interested in. They brought fabric to our house that was discontinued and insufficient for our order. No one ever called us back. It was obvious they didn’t care about our order. Plus, they said it would take over a month just to get the curtains made and delivered to Tbilisi. That same day, we walked to another store, Khosro Textile on Kazbegi 2a, and received excellent service until our custom drapes were installed just six days later. I highly recommend them for your curtain needs.

We're extremely pleased with our new curtains!

Efficient service.
