Be cautious if you decide to shop here: they do not allow exchanges or refunds!! The customer service is terrible. We bought a bag just yesterday and today wanted to return or exchange it, but they refused! The bag wasn’t on sale, and we have the receipt. I get it if it were underwear, but we should have checked the reviews before buying anything from this awful store. Clearly, we’re not the only ones who feel this way. We will never shop here again and will warn everyone we know about it (not that they seem to care).

There are no laces available... At "Lace up". Seriously?

For those seeking 100% genuine, stylish sneakers, this shop is the go-to spot in Tbilisi. Their collection is incredible, featuring everything from the newest Jordan releases to those elusive Yeezys and Dunks.

Excellent spot for purchasing shoes.
