Pitstop Moto"

Not recommended. I went in to ask for replacement suspension forks, and they told me to leave my bike for a few days without giving a price or confirming if they could actually do it.

Then I had an accident and broke the bolt that holds the gear shift lever. I asked if they had a replacement or could help me, so I left my bike with them. They put in a generic masonry bolt, which was already loosening after just 4 km of riding to my hotel. I requested they take one of the original bolts from the two Tuaregs they had in the showroom, but they refused and only offered to order parts that would take a week to arrive.

An official Aprilia dealership used a completely unsuitable part that didn’t work properly and wouldn’t provide the correct part for a safe repair.

Their attitude is poor; it feels like they don’t want customers, and their standards are low. Sending a traveler away with a temporary fix that fails after 4 km, especially when they had the original part in the showroom, shows their narrow-mindedness. I had already been advised to go to other garages, and now I see why.

Very unhelpful staff.

Customer service is lacking. It takes around four messages and at least a day to receive a response. Communication is quite ineffective. I didn’t even feel like going to the store.
