დღეს ჩემი MacBook-ი ვაკეთე სერვის ცენტრში. ტექნიკოსი ნამდვილად პროფესიონალია; მან პრობლემას მოაგვარა, რომლის გადაჭრაც ორ სხვა ტექნიკოსს ვერ შეძლო. თუ თქვენი Apple მოწყობილობა პრობლემებს ქმნის, მისი სერვისი აუცილებლად გირჩევთ.

Заглянул сюда, чтобы посмотреть новинки Apple, пока был в Тбилиси. Интерьер стильный и чистый, как обычно в таких магазинах. Персонал вежливый, но не слишком увлечённый, поэтому ставлю 4 звезды. В целом, всё нормально.

Türkiye'den geldiğimiz için fiyatları Türkiye ile karşılaştırdık. iPhone'lar %25 kadar daha ucuz ama ülkeye getirmek sıkıntı. Tablet, kulaklık gibi ürünler ise Türkiye fiyatlarına yakın. Garanti durumu nedeniyle herhangi bir ürün almadık.

I had a peculiar experience with the trade-in today. I checked the website before my visit and saw that I could get 1,170 GEL for my 128GB iPhone 15 if I bought an iPhone 17, which was my plan. However, the employee in charge of trade-ins didn’t know about this offer and said the highest they could give me was 1,020 GEL. To make matters worse, they finally offered me only 760 GEL, claiming a small scratch on the edge of the case, even though the phone was almost like new. The terms were quite unreasonable, so I decided to pass. The store itself is nice, but they really need to improve the trade-in process and how the staff manages it.

The worst store with unhelpful staff in the mall. They gave me a cable that didn’t work with my power bank and claimed the issue was with my device. When I asked to exchange the cable I bought just five minutes earlier, the employee refused, saying she was texting the “manager,” which I doubt was true. She said, “no, we can’t take it back or exchange it.” I urgently needed the cable, which is why I bought it there for 90 GEL, but it turned out to be useless. I'm really disappointed and have faced many issues because of them.

I find it odd to see negative reviews here because my experience was completely positive! The manager, Stefan, provided thorough guidance, helped us select the right devices, and even shared his contact number for any future questions about availability. We ended up buying everything we needed on the same day. Big respect to Stefan!

It's true that electronics in Georgia can be pricey due to import taxes. Also, keep in mind that you can't just return opened or used items if you change your mind. Don't hesitate to buy electronics here; a lot of the negative feedback seems to come from people who don't understand how things work.

07.02.2026 в этом магазине я купил несколько товаров, включая оригинальный прозрачный чехол для iPhone 16 Pro Max. Когда я вернулся домой в Баку, заметил, что коробка была вскрыта и заклеена скотчем. Открыв её, я обнаружил, что внутри был использованный чехол. Обратившись в магазин, вместо того чтобы разобраться в ситуации, они просто обвинили меня в подмене. Это было крайне неприятно. Ни в коем случае не рекомендую здесь что-либо приобретать. Очевидно, при более серьезных проблемах они также не будут решать ваши вопросы.

They are completely incompetent. Avoid this place. They make promises but fail to follow through. They also charge for services they haven't provided, and everything takes weeks or even months.

Great Apple Store. No complaints at all.
