კომპიუტერული ტექნიკისა და აქსესუარების მაღაზია "ჯიტეკი"

I found this computer store by chance, and it turned out to be a great discovery. I was looking all over Tbilisi for someone to build two high-spec computers that also looked nice, and I managed to do just that. When I placed the order, everything was clearly laid out regarding the components, pricing, and overall setup. Since both PCs were gifts, the delivery date was crucial, and everything went according to plan. Throughout the build process, there was consistent communication and advice to ensure the best outcomes, including pricing options. The staff were very friendly and answered all my many questions in English, always with a smile and professionalism. Even after receiving the PCs, I had a technical question, and they quickly responded via WhatsApp with a solution within 10 minutes. For the amount I spent, I got exactly what I envisioned—and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I also compared prices with other stores in Tbilisi, checking each component. Their pricing was still very reasonable, and they clearly demonstrated the skill needed to assemble everything properly. I highly recommend this store.

I've been a regular at this computer hardware store for years, and it continues to be one of the best and most trustworthy places in Tbilisi for finding specific parts. Unlike the larger electronics retailers, this shop has the vibe of a small family-owned business, which I really value. The service here is much more personal, and the staff genuinely understands their products. They are official partners with brands like Dell and Patriot Memory, so you can rely on the quality of what they sell. It's an ideal place for enthusiasts looking for a specialized shopping experience away from the crowds. A very solid and reliable store that I highly recommend for any PC building needs. The only downside is that the location isn't very convenient.

I bought a PC on January 22, but they informed me that the motherboard was unavailable, and I had to upgrade. When I received the PC, it froze, and I had to force it off. I consulted ChatGpt about the problem, and it indicated a PSU issue. The staff claimed they tested the PC and it worked fine, but it seemed like they only powered it on. They told me to wait until Monday. I paid for the PC on January 22, and now I have to wait until January 26 for them to "test" it again. Proceed at your own risk.

Fantastic place! They repaired my computer in no time, were incredibly supportive, and offer a wide range of products at reasonable prices. Absolutely recommend!

A great local find, this place may be small, but it offers an impressive selection of hardware and accessories. Keep an eye out for their sales, and you can score some fantastic deals.
