It's odd that a store selling branded products (like Maxi-Cosi) requires you to look for information on YouTube. I ended up purchasing the item online. Later, they called to let me know it was delivered to a vegetable shop nearby, but I'm not sure which one. The silver lining is that while I was searching for my package, I visited several local vegetable shops and ended up buying a lot of veggies for home.

The manager here is awful, completely ruined my visit. We spent hundreds of lari, and one of the items was damaged. When we took off the shrink wrap, we found the wood was split—clearly held together by the plastic. The manager was extremely rude and wouldn't refund or exchange the item, insisting she never sells damaged goods. Ridiculous behavior and poor service. Not a single apology. The other staff were friendly but couldn’t help. Definitely do not recommend this place. Bad quality, terrible service.

LEGO sets are priced three times higher than in Europe. Ridiculously overpriced.

Avoid this place if you care about your child's safety. The products are of poor quality and pose risks to children.
