The customer service is consistently excellent.

I purchased a trimmer, but when I got home, I realized it was actually a razor/shaver. The razor attachment gives it the appearance of a trimmer, and even the price, product name, and box all said it was a trimmer. However, it is not a trimmer. It seems like they're buying cheap, low-quality products and passing them off under a reputable store brand. After explaining that I needed a trimmer, not a razor, they still didn’t allow me to exchange it for an actual trimmer or get my money back. Extremely disappointed.

შაომი Xiaomi ღირსეული ბრენდია. მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ პროდუქციის დიდი არჩევანი მაღაზიაში არაა წარმოდგენილი, მათი სრული ასორტიმენტის მიმართ, პერსონალი ძალიან მეგობრული და კეთილგანწყობილია, რაც სასიამოვნოა.

Приобрели пылесос дистанционно. Консультант Ника из этого магазина оказался очень внимательным и помог во всем разобраться. Вежливость его порадовала. Пока ждем доставки и не пробовали товар в деле, но впечатления от работы сотрудника остались исключительно положительные. Большое спасибо, Ника!

Отлично поработали ребята. Приобрели прибор для измерения минерализации воды. На витрине крышечка была треснута, но мы предположили, что нам дадут целую. Дома обнаружили, что она та самая, треснувшая. Вернулись в магазин — нам без проблем все поменяли! А то начитались отзывов и тревожились.

I purchased a fitness band for $60, and the very next day, without even opening it, I chose to return it. And guess what? They don't allow returns. Avoid shopping there. If returning a simple item is such an issue, just imagine what else might go wrong...

The worst experience ever. Twice I purchased earphones and both times they were faulty. There's no option for a refund. I will never return.

Beware! If your Xiaomi product needs repair, you're in trouble. After nearly a year of using my Mi Projector 2, it became useless because they couldn't fix it due to a lack of spare parts. Even though they still sell the product, the head office couldn’t solve the issue or take responsibility. I've purchased four different items, and when they needed service, none could be repaired. These products are now just junk. The service center asked for tons of information, yet failed to coordinate and resolve anything because they couldn't get the necessary parts. They might suggest DMing them in a reply, but that's useless. I'm sharing this to warn others not to get scammed in the same way.
