Second night I don’t have electricity. The food has gone bad. Things are washed by hand. It is impossible to sleep in the apartment because of the heat. I go to a cafe to get electricity. I rented another apartment for a few days. They promise to come and do everything. But no one comes, then they say that it is some miracle problem and hang up. Having lived in different countries for a long time: such inappropriateness and autism I think can only be found in Africa.

The call center is highly unprofessional, ignoring emails until we phone and insist they check them. The staff is incredibly rude, giving the impression they only come to work to drink coffee and avoid doing any real tasks. It was thoroughly disappointing.

The operators acted rudely, ending the call as if I was speaking to an ex. They shut off the electricity without notice due to a debt cleanup I wasn’t informed about, leaving me clueless on how to pay. The power was out again the following day for nearly 14 hours due to their own issues, despite my advance payments for several months. The operators' responses were arrogant. No compensation, just terrible and disrespectful support.

Приятный офис. Дважды заходил, и оба раза девушки быстро оформили все документы, причем говорили по-русски. В середине рабочего дня не было очереди.

Paid all the bills, but then out of nowhere, an extra 10 GEL appeared. No SMS or call to inform me. They just arrived and cut off the electricity. The support operators were unhelpful, often hanging up without resolving anything. The way they treat customers is terrible and disrespectful.

Order delays were frustrating. The location is spot on, but the service leaves much to be desired.

Выключили свет, а дома маленький ребёнок. Даже еду подогреть не могу. Никто не предупредил, на звонки не отвечают. Полный беспредел! Завтра поеду к ним в офис, и явно не в лучшем настроении!

They cut off the electricity in my home for over 24 hours😡 The operators are friendly and polite, but they keep making empty promises like “the power will be back by 14:00”, then “by 18:00”, and “definitely by 21:00”… It’s now 9 am the next day, and still no electricity. I had to throw everything from the fridge away, can't work today, and suffering from the +37 heat without air conditioning. Horrible experience.

The electricity at Kavtaradze 14B has been cut off six times, lasting anywhere from 2 to 14 hours, since late March 2023. The hotline doesn't answer, and there's no response in the messenger. I've had to throw out food from the fridge three times, each time costing as much as a monthly electric bill. What a lousy service.

I'm really impressed by the electricity service here in Tbilisi. The customer support is outstanding - they're always quick to respond and ready to assist with any questions or issues I have. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a dependable and affordable electricity provider.

Отключили свет в 18:00. Прошли уже сутки, а электричества до сих пор нет. Обещают прислать специалистов, но никто так и не приехал. Хуже организации просто не найти.

Сегодня где-то между 13:00 и 14:00 на проспекте А. Церетели отключили электричество. Мы позвонили и нам сказали, что проблему решат через два часа. Через три часа мы снова позвонили, и нас уверили, что электричество подключат к концу дня. Сейчас 23:07, а света всё ещё нет. Обновление: уже 07:07, и электричества всё ещё нет.
