Категорически не рекомендую это место туристам. Я забронировал номер утром через Букинг, проехал 4 часа на арендованной машине, прихожу в отель, а на ресепшен говорят, что номеров нет. Я оставил машину в агентстве и сидел у них на входе с чемоданами, и вот такой сервис. В итоге мне сказали, что деньги вернутся через 4 дня. 😡😡😡😡😡 Это место в черном списке.

Я крайне разочарована этим отелем. У меня было подтверждённое бронирование через Booking.com, и я ехала в этот отель из Боржоми несколько часов, заранее спланировав поездку. По дороге мне пришло сообщение, что свободных номеров нет, и меня попросили отменить бронирование и вернуть деньги, хотя я уже подъезжала к отелю.

Когда я вошла, сотрудники грубо сказали, что мест нет, и предложили просто отменить бронь. Никто не предложил решение проблемы или альтернативное размещение. Менеджер сказала «делай что хочешь, пиши плохой отзыв» 👌🔥.

Из-за действий отеля я рискую остаться без жилья в незнакомом городе, так как арендованный автомобиль нужно вернуть рядом с отелем. Я считаю абсолютно недопустимым отменять подтверждённое бронирование в последний момент, когда гости уже в пути или прибыли на место.

Такое отношение к клиентам непрофессионально и безответственно. Не рекомендую этот отель тем, кто ожидает надёжности и уважительного отношения. Прошу Booking.com обратить внимание на данную ситуацию, так как отель подтвердил бронирование, а затем фактически отказал в заселении в день заезда.

SCAM hotel. We booked a week in advance, and just an hour before we arrived, they informed us that there were no rooms available. We made the reservation through Airbnb but didn’t check reviews on Google. If you’re considering this place, don’t book it.

This hotel is a scam. They took our money, but we were never able to check in. There was no assistance, and they refused to resolve the issue or issue a refund. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Stay away from this place.

BE CAREFUL. We reserved a room for four people, but when we arrived, no one was at the hotel, and we couldn't check in. They took our money and have not refunded it. Avoid booking this place.

Horrible experience. I went there with a family member and had booked two rooms in advance on April 12 through a booking site. After a grueling 20-hour journey, we arrived at the hotel around 4 AM, completely worn out, only to find out there were no rooms available. No explanation was given, just "fully booked."

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. The staff member who should have been on duty was asleep in his room, and we had to wake him up. Once he finally appeared, he confirmed our booking was legitimate but still said there were no rooms available. There was no apology or effort to assist us; he simply stood there acting busy on the computer.

Ultimately, we had no choice but to leave and spend the next two hours searching for another hotel in the middle of the night. If you're thinking of staying here, know that they can leave you high and dry even with a confirmed booking. After a long trip, that’s the last thing you want to deal with.

Awful hotel with completely careless owners. We reserved two rooms back on April 12 through a booking site. After a long 20-hour journey, we arrived in Tbilisi at 4 AM, only to find out they had NO ROOMS available. They weren't even expecting us. The front desk attendant was fast asleep in his room, and we had to wake him up. When he finally got up, he acknowledged our booking but said there were no rooms and did nothing to help us. He just stood there pretending to work on the computer.

In the end, we had to leave and spent two hours searching for another hotel in the city. If you're considering booking here, be aware that they can really let you down, and you might find yourself exhausted after a long trip, scrambling to find a place to stay in the middle of the night. You’ll be lucky if you find one.

I couldn't check in. I booked through Airbnb and when I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception. Only a note saying my booking was unavailable. The owner didn’t respond on Airbnb. Be cautious.

Avoid this hotel. When we arrived, it was completely deserted, and we couldn't get in touch with anyone. They took our money, and it was the worst experience we've had.

Bir gece konaklamak için rezervasyon yaptırdık. Geç check-in yapacağımızı bildirmemize rağmen, geldiğimizde kapıda kaldık ve otele giremedik. Hiç kimseye ulaşamadık. Ben ve üç arkadaşım gece geç saatlerde başka bir otel aramak zorunda kaldık. Sonraki günlerde de otelle iletişim kuramadık ve paramızı geri alamadık. Bu yüzden rezervasyon yaptırmanızı tavsiye etmiyorum.
