The location of this hotel is unbeatable, along with its restaurant and staff. We spent six nights there and were impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was. Breakfast was always brightened by Tonya's warm smile. A special thanks to Shota for his incredible assistance in so many ways – he's a great guy! Everyone we encountered was welcoming and made our stay enjoyable.

The back of the building is popular for Instagram photos, and the room decor, with its painted figures, traditional rugs, and comfy bedding, added a nice touch. However, the hotel could use more storage space as luggage often clutters the reception area. Our room was at the end of the corridor, and we had to move laundry bags just to get to our door.

There are small improvements to be made, like the short cord on the electric kettle that forces you to use it on the floor. Also, it would be helpful to have an email address on the website and more information about services like airport pickup, laundry, nearby attractions, and room service. These are just suggestions, not complaints. Overall, it's a lovely and comfortable hotel with an exceptional restaurant and outstanding staff. We are grateful to everyone we met and will remember our time there fondly.

Great hotel right in the center of Tbilisi. The atmosphere is stylish and very relaxing. They also have a restaurant that serves a lovely Georgian breakfast, which is delicious and keeps you energized for the day.

Totally worth a visit and a stay.

The hotel is excellently located in the old town, just a two-minute stroll from the clock tower. It features a beautifully renovated wooden lathed balcony, typical of the area, and a peaceful courtyard restaurant that provides a nice escape from the tourist bustle. Inside, the communal areas showcase interesting modern art and furniture, while our guest room was tastefully decorated with stylish paint and a mural by Musya Qeburia depicting a man in traditional Georgian attire. However, practicality sometimes took a backseat to style, especially in the bathroom, which had very few shelves and a tiny sink without a plug. The shower also struggled with water containment, leading to a flooded bathroom if you didn’t stand in a corner and use just a trickle. To make matters worse, we experienced days without hot water due to a damaged pipe from a fallen tree nearby. Unfortunately, the hotel staff didn’t acknowledge the issue and instead insisted that everything was fine, offering excuses when we raised concerns. After two days without hot water, we learned that other guests had left early for this reason. We chose to stay and managed with trips to thermal baths and were later offered a discount on our stay, though it was clearly not the hotel’s best moment. On a brighter note, the restaurant served excellent Georgian cuisine and had attentive staff, with special thanks to the sommelier for an unexpected wine lesson and helpful food pairing suggestions.

Мы отлично провели время в этом уютном и удобно расположенном отеле в прекрасном Тбилиси. Персонал был дружелюбным, завтрак хороший, а номер чистым и с необходимым оборудованием. С балкона открывался красивый вид, а ночью было очень тихо. Хотим вернуться!
