Great hotel, and Max was exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay at the design hotel and private spa in Tbilisi, which truly surpassed our expectations. The location is perfect for exploring the city. What stood out the most was the incredible kindness and genuine hospitality from the staff, who made us feel at home from the very beginning.

A big shoutout to Max at the front desk; he was always friendly, professional, and very helpful. His suggestions were spot on, and he was always willing to assist us.

Breakfast on the gorgeous rooftop terrace was a highlight, with a great variety of delicious options beautifully presented, featuring fresh fruits and vegetables. Special thanks to Mrs. Lali, who was always cheerful and made omelettes just the way we liked them. The lovely background music added to the breakfast experience.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and eager to help.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. It's an ideal choice for couples of any age. We joked about being among the oldest guests, but we felt just as welcomed and cared for as everyone else.

Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely come back!

Great hotel, a bit distant from the city center, but very affordable to reach with Bolt. The staff is friendly. Overall, it's a good option. I would recommend it.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. We arrived with two fully paid and confirmed rooms booked through a website, only to find out at check-in that the prices were "wrong" and we needed to pay more. The staff mentioned they had pricing issues and were trying to change or cancel reservations, expecting us to bear the consequences.

No manager took responsibility, no sincere apology was given, and no solutions were offered. After wasting our time, they informed us that only one room was available and suggested adding an extra bed.

The entire experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. The property itself did not meet our expectations, and given how we were treated, we no longer felt comfortable staying there. If a hotel can't honor a fully paid and confirmed reservation, it isn't trustworthy.
