I wish I could give less than one star. This place turned out to be the worst choice for my friends and me. We paid for early check-in, but when we arrived early in the morning, the receptionist, Penelope, was extremely rude. She didn't smile and used the word "Arabs" while talking to our driver, showing her racist attitude. She refused to check us in early, claiming no rooms were available, but in reality, many were. Her English was terrible, and she couldn't properly assist us. Her behavior ruined our mood right after we arrived from Dubai. We had to wait nearly two hours in the lobby, tired and shocked by her conduct. When we finally got our rooms, they didn't match the booking. No view, and they smelled awful. I asked to switch rooms, but she just told me to wait for the manager at 10 AM without offering any help. Imagine arriving from the airport at 5 AM, expecting a warm welcome, and facing this. We waited until 10 AM to resolve our issues, and thankfully, a kind lady named Cristina helped us and apologized. It turned out there were alternative rooms available, but Penelope refused to assist. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures online. Facilities were poor, and breakfast was mediocre. However, the staff, Darya and Leo, were friendly and helpful, as well as Cristina, who made an exception. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The poor customer service and low quality for a so-called 4-star establishment are disappointing. Terrible service and racism; I advise staying away to avoid a shocking reality.
